So let's talk about Tracy. She is an amazing person first of all and I can say this with confidence as my dog ? was mostly calm. He's a big boy 100 pound pitbull, he looks like he will eat you alive but he's a baby. She was so good with him. His last groomer was afraid of him and she did a not so great job, but not Tracy. She educated us on how often we should come for his nails, and he left untraumatized which means so much to us. Thank you Tracy

The owner Tracy is the only groomer that has never hurt my baby and does his grooming cheaper than any other groomer in the area.

I am so happy I was able to bring my pups into Puss and Pup! My 2 year old Chiweenie left smelling like a freshly washed, soft teddy bear and my 8 year old Pit/Lab mix left 5 lbs lighter of old fur! Thank You Trac for a great experience!

I didn’t bring my dogs there my husband did and he said she was very nice. But when they got home and I saw them I was so disappointed at what I saw. I brought them to her based on her website and the reviews and what I got was 2 dogs that first of all did not smell like they had a bath and there hair was butchered. It was so uneven everywhere I couldn’t believe it. I really wanted to love this place because it is close to home and it sounded so wonderful. But I’m sorry I just can’t give this a good rating at all! Very Disappointed!

Took our Shih Tzu Charlie to this place and I can’t say enough good things about the Groomer Susan she does a beautiful cut and goes well behond what I seen most do Our boy can be very difficult and she did everything possible to make him comfortable and get the job done at a great price also !! She also did a great job on our 14 yr old Cat !! Thank you so much

We took our 3 year old Golden Retriever, Brodie, to Puss and Pooch today for the first time. Susan was so kind and sweet, yet very professional. She did a great job of grooming Brodie and we're so pleased with the results of Brodie's "spa day". He looks and smells wonderful now! An added bonus for me was that the price was very reasonable! Brodie came home looking and smelling wonderful, he even scored a spiffy Easter bandana compliments of Susan! You know you've found a gem when you walk in and find the groomer sitting on the floor with your dog sprawled out in front of her soaking up the love and belly scratches! Thanks again Susan for the fantastic job. We'll be back again for Brodie's next grooming!!
