Lee and his crew moved the hot tub we bought to our house July of 2024. Lee showed a great understanding of moving a 575lb tub into a difficult place. The 33in deep tub had to come through a doorway 35in wide. He and his crew took great care and his experience came shining through. Super bunch of guys. We would hire him again. Bob

Excellent ! That’s the best word to describe Premium Hot Tub movers. Lee was constantly in touch with me regarding scheduling. They did a pick up in Southampton delivered to West Springfield and hauled away our old hot tub. My husband was amazed at the knowledge Lee and his guys had- we learned a lot! I would suggest them to anyone with hot tub needs!

Unconventional group of friendly, experienced guys! They knew what they were doing and were very accommodating at both locations. They aimed to be careful and efficient. Also, very reasonably priced! Great experience!

Lee and his crew are fantastic! They moved a 8x8 hot tub from where it was to my house and after a little hiccup with the electrical which was not Lee's fault but from the previous contractor in which Lee fixed perfectly. Then loaded my old tub on their trailer, cleaned up after themselves.All for a reasonable price. I recommend this company because they get things done.

They showed up when they said they would, obviously knew what they were doing and moved the tub carefully and quickly. They positioned it carefully in its new home and made sure the cover was on the right way and had room to tip back on the lifter. They offered the best price of several quotes that I got. I was completely satisfied.

They moved my tub professionally, on time, through the pouring rain, and even waited for my contractor to pour a bit more crushed stones to raise the level of my foundation. I was very impressed. Have no concerns...they are excellent movers. I would use them again without hesitation.

I called several hot tub movers and either the prices were outrageous or they were unresponsive. Premium Hot Tub Movers gave me a reasonable price, got the job done quickly and efficiently, and were friendly and helpful. They even got the hot tub cover that the seller wasn't going to give me and gave me tips on how to repair it! Definitely five stars.
