Let me just start by saying, Aisha from grooming needs some professional training. She was not professional and I believe she was lying about some things she said to my mom and I. First, She stated she is a “manager” there but had to go to someone else to ask if she can still groom my dog because, he had a little bit of “blood” in his stool. Then she said “she would love to groom my dog because, they make commission”. Like first of all, aren’t you a manger, meaning you get paid salary… she also stated that she “cares more about the dogs health rather than grooming him”. I am not sure if she knew as a “manager” but why would you say something like that to that dogs owner, it made it sound like I didn’t care for my own dogs well being. I know MY dog very well, been with him for 5 years trust me I know him too well. I did inform Aisha that I gave my dog an ice cream treat that had like red pieces that portrayed to be pieces of bacon, so it could have just came out in his poop. Aisha was so sure it was blood but couldn’t explain it to me… Point being, My dog was not acting like he was sick or anything in that nature. I truly do not understand if my dog wasn’t giving signs of being sick why she could not take him still. Dogs eat things that they are not suppose to here and there; it could be something that was in the grass for explain. But he was not acting like he was uncomfortable, or not well. Im very disappointed. And someone should truly reevaluate Aisha.

Not sure who just called, but I’ll leave the review as it happened. I’ve used this location (and others) before without issue.
Have time tomorrow, so I went online and there’s a 10:30 appointment a lot. Not with the person who usually has groomed him, but that was ok with me. It was the one time slot that showed available. He’s due for grooming and I have a break in my schedule. I book it at around 4pm for tomorrow morning. At 6:50pm I get a call, saying that there are “notes on the account” that this is so and so’s customer. I don’t recall giving exclusive grooming rights to anyone. Further she says, due to the dogs age, and the fact that tomorrow will be “very busy”, that maybe another time would be better. Everyone I am sure says this, but our dog is the most mellow creature on the planet. He’s been groomed by multiple people, across multiple states through the years. Never once even the hint of an issue. He loves being groomed. He gets groomed every 6 weeks or so. This is old hat to him. Suddenly it’s an issue, seemingly because I didn’t book with the formerly usual person. Awful business practice. Since the dog can’t get himself there, I get to pick when and where he is groomed. Based on my availability. Not the groomer. I’ll now go elsewhere. I didn’t realize that a groomer has rights in perpetuity at this exclusive location. Remember, I own the dog.
I’ve left out names for the moment. They got all the way under my skin with this call and bs concern (and their crappy delivery).

Go here for your pets ... Petco sucks and is smelly and dirty. Those poor animals and birds in cages.

Nice and clean pet store with all your basic pet needs, right down to accessories. Their staff is friendly and helpful. I stopped to look at some critters and they were really neat, my favorites were the Mongolian Hamster and they had a beautiful ball python. Highly recommend shopping here.

Poor live animals had a super small cages (just a handful of them), there was a lot of fishes but nothing really cool unlike the other pet smarts
