They charged me a consultation fee to then call me a week later to inform me they couldn't assist me with what wanted for my hair. If you consider yourself a professional then you should be able to do all hair types. But they sure were good enough to take my money!! Will not recommend this Salon to anyone.

I’ve gone to Brittany for many years and she never disappoints! She listens well to what I ask for and my hair has always come out beautifully. Paulo’s also did my wedding hair. Their studio is very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Needed a quick wash and blowdry and Ashley was able to squeeze me in. The salon was very easy to find with parking right at front. This place is such a gem, welcoming staff, clean space, great music, and most importantly- talented people! Ashley was able to do a quick trim for me after washing my hair with the best scalp massage. She did exactly what I needed and fairly quickly too. I will definitely be back when I'm in town. Thank you!!!!

Bad haircut, came back to get it fixed and it still looked bad. Had to cut it myself once I got home. Very upset. My hairdresser seemed to be new at to cutting hair because everything was extremely choppy and uneven, both times. I rarely give low star ratings but this deserved it, I hate how I look even after going back and trying to have her fix it. Scared to see the back of my head.

Paulos Hair Salon is by far the best Hair Salon I have found since moving to this area 2 years ago. From the time you are welcomed when you come through the door, to the friendliness and professionalism of the entire team, it is was an inviting and all around fabulous experience.
