They were given the right information of the vehicle and still ended up giving me the wrong parts and then inconvenienced me by going back and forth to get the right parts and of course it costed more money in which would of already been paid for had I been given the right parts so I had no choice but to spend the last of the money I had smh

So I just wanted to take a moment to express how grateful I am to have had Patrick help me out the last few weeks. I’ve had multiple issues with my car (Whether it was the brakes, lights, windows etc..) and not only was Patrick helpful in locating the issues but he was also super supportive in helping me physically fix the problems as well. My car now runs way better than it did a month ago, can’t express how grateful I am for all the help I was provided with.

I went into the Chicopee oreilleys this afternoon, and the most kind man helped me out, his name I believe was patrick? He immediately greeted me as I walked through the door and was the biggest of help. I’ve been to many oriellys around the western mass area and they did not have the customer service like this young man patrick did. I needed my engine checked and he checked it all right! He informed me it was just an EVAP code, easy fix no need to worry. He helped me today in many ways which gave me a peace of mind! Props to this hardworking young man Patrick for dealing with such an old lady!
