Such a great Rescue! Knowledgeable and care so much about the dogs! Couldn’t be happier! Great communication from everyone! Even though it was an adoption event and they were busy nothing was rushed or pressured! Lori was great about answering emails and questions even before the event! I feel great knowing I can contact her with any questions or concerns now that we have picked the perfect pup for our family! Thank you so very much for everything!

We adopted Roxy from mutt rescue and we would just like to say how amazing Lori and her team are. They made the process fun and it was well organized. Lori even had an ice cream truck come and treated everyone to an ice cream. They made us all feel welcome and gave us all the time we needed to get to know our Roxy girl. We are so glad we found mutt rescue and they brought us our Roxy. I highly recommend going through Lori if your looking to rescue your next fur baby!

We adopted Sonnet (formerly Lorenzo) and it was a really positive experience. I love Lori’s system for adoption and the meet and greet event was great. The volunteers are very kind and helpful. It was very well organized. Sonnet is already bonding with us and taking his time to decompress. He is very sweet and gentle with my sons. Lori was very responsive when I had follow up questions after we got him home. I highly recommend this rescue! Thank you, Lori and team!

We just adopted Whitey. She is a 9 year old rescue from Arkansas. Her owner passed. We just picked her up on Friday, July 17th, 2020. The people at the shelter were awesome. They explained everything they had done to her and everything I needed to do to for Whitey. Very patient and caring people. I wish I had known about them years ago. Very thorough and competent. They know their stuff and I felt very confident adopting Whitey. Thank you Lori and staff.

I no longer live in chicopee ma, but anytime my dogs need kenneling, I make that 2 1/2 hr drive to Mutt Cuts. It's worth the drive. My dogs love it, and prior to me moving, my oldest dog had been going there for 6 years...so they are like family to me. I know that my guys are in good hands when they are there. The price is very reasonable. I've yet to find any other kennel with comparable prices.

I really wanted to like this place. I asked around about doggie daycare. 2 trusted sources with personal experience recommended Mutt Cutts. My dog is a very friendly, 1 year old lab beagle mix - I describe him as a supersized beagle. He is full of energy but extremely friendly with both people and dogs alike. I put him in daycare to allow him to play with his furry friends and release some energy. The first 3 days he was scared, but by the second week, he couldn’t wait to go to “school”. He went for 12 weeks. He came home tired, filthy and with fleas! We gave him baths and flea treatment and continued to bring him, because he seemed to enjoy going there. A few times, while dropping him off in the entrance room, I heard people yelling angrily and very loudly at the dogs which raised concern. I found it odd that I was never allowed to get a tour, although I reasoned that it was to keep the peace so to speak, and not create excitement in the dogs. This past Monday another family member dropped him off. She went back a minute later to drop off paperwork In the mailbox and heard someone yelling at our dog by name. A second later, she heard our dog yelp loudly in pain. Unsure what to do, she listened a little longer until she felt ok to leave. When I went the following day, I was greeted by an employee who immediately asked if my dog had been jumping a lot. He said our dog has started jumping on top of cages. While he was talking, my dog was acting funny, tail between his legs, and pushing on the door to exit. He was refusing to go in the room with the other dogs. The employee tried to leash him and drag him in. I stopped him and told him I was taking my dog home. I told him about what we heard the day before, and he told me I would get a phone call. He brushed it off stating that yelps were normal. I disagree!!! BarkIng is normal. There’s nothing normal about a painful cry! It’s been 2 days, and I still haven’t heard from anyone. Regardless, my dog will not be going back. Something caused my dog to cry in pain immediately after being screamed at. Something caused him to be so afraid the next day that he refused to go inside after happily going there for 12 weeks. My dog can’t tell me what happened, but he did tell me it wasn’t good. Perhaps it just isn’t the right fit for my super lovable supersized beagle. To be fair, I do know others who are happy with their care. This rating is based solely on my experience. My suggestion - listen to and believe your dog, then trust your instincts...

This organization is amazing. They truly care about the animals in their care. I couldn’t believe the extensive vet care our pup got before we adopted him. Not only do they physically take good care of the animals, they also love them while they have them, and it shows. We adopted our JoJo in October, and it’s the best decision we ever made. We love and adore him so much. Thank you!
