My sons Honda Civic air conditioning went out. He placed an online appointment and it was completed in a day. Waited a month or so to review to make sure the fix was good. It’s been running like a champ. Thanks victory lane!!

James is very honest, friendly, mechanic/salesman and stands by his used cars. i have bought a 2005 Chevy equinox from him a couple years back and it was a very good reliable car, the price was right and any problems that we had with it he would get the car into the shop in a timely manner. I have also brought my other vehicles to be fixed and he always satisfies or exceeds my expectations.

We went by and saw their sign. We went in and told James our issue. He went online and gave us a quote and it was 3/4 less than the dealership. We went on 7/17 and it took James less than 10 minutes to fix our Chevy sonic new item shifter lever asssy with knob. We were really pleased bc we saved over 3/4 of the dealership and is guaranteed by garage. We highly recommend Victory Lane auto in Chicopee. We are very pleased with their work!!!
