I have never purchased a new vehicle so I decided to give Metro my business.
Adrian and Will made sure I left with a truck that made ma happy and safe.
There was no pressure what so ever and communication was clear in every step.

Unbelievable.
I called to make an appointment to get my Promaster serviced. I was given an appointment for 2:30 on the 20th of August. When I arrived, the service representative not only said that I didn't have an appointment, but told me he could not help me, and turned and walked into the service bay area. With out saying another word. I expected him to return, twenty minutes later I decided he was not going to return; so I excused myself and took my business elsewhere.
Without a doubt, the most rude experience that I have ever received at a dealership.
I definitely would not recommend this dealership for anything or any reason.

Metro Jeep has been great from the beginning to the end! I felt I was in good hands immediately working with my sales rep, Marlon. He has been extremely attentive and easy to work with through entire process. I have worked with several dealers previously and can tell you Metro Jeep and its staff stand out like no other, professionalism at its best. Thank you for a pleasant experience. We just traded in our 2019 Durango we purchased from here. We bought a 2024 Durango R/T Plus to replace the old one. This dealership is by far the best at what they do. Mike Jenks, Mark, Steve, Jay, Jill absolutely all the people here are great to work with. They are patient and understanding of your needs and give you the time to talk things through with your significant other if needed during the purchasing process. Highly Highly recommend them for vehicle buying.
The service department is exceptional as well, they go above and beyond when needed.
You can't go wrong here at Metro!

Marlon treated us very well, Juan worked his magic getting us good interest rates on a used car in Aug 2020.
My only complaint has to do with the service department. My 03 Dodge Ram 2500 had a recall on the airbag. I made an appointment , brought it in, and when I got it back the airbag dash light is on. I asked about it but was told I would have to pay for it to be diagnosed! It wasn’t on before… They also failed to replace the dash cover properly, I feel like it was sloppy work. It’s been almost four years now and the airbag light is still on.

I.went to Metro Jeep in Chicopee ma at my son’s recommendation. I’m glad I did.. The dealership was first rate with people happy to help me. I met Steve Longey, a sales rep, who was easy to to deal with. He had an genuine personality, was knowledgeable about the product, and helped me in a friendly manor. I loved the car and would recommend both the dealership and in particular the salesman,, Steve Longey.

AVOID AVOID AVOID This place is a rip off. Sent my van in to have the brakes inspected. Cost me 190$, was told it was a shroud rubbing the rotor, said they bent it back. They never performed a road test and the problem is still there. Took Metro Dodge 6 days to replace two rear struts and balance and rotate tires along with the brake inspection. Complete rip off and robbed of 190$ for something they did not fix. Avoid this rip off dealer as the do not preform quality work for the price they charge. Quick note I called Goodyear to see how much it would be to inspect the brakes, they quoted 35$. Metro is a ripoff AVOID AVOID AVOID

Steve Longey at Metro Jeep in Chicopee, MA was our salesman. He made everything so easy. Our car had to be registered out of state which he made effortless. We purchased a used 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. When we picked the car up, it looked brand new. We would recommend Steve to anyone at any time.

Was sent an invitation to a sale event and was offered a deal on my truck. Called in to get more information and was met by a rude/disrespectful sales team. Was told I was either making stuff up or lying despite their boss sending out the invitation. Sales guy made derogatory comments on the phone after telling me I was being put on hold (learn how to use a phone properly). Will gladly do business elsewhere.

I hope the word that they gave us is good they know that I will be watching ?
they need to get their act together they do not stand behind the sale the staff is incompetent. They sell trucks that are not what you asked for when you ask them to fix the problem they hire incompetent companies to do the work and it is not done right . They screwed up the bed of the truck . When you buy a 90,000 dollar truck it should done right . If they do not make good I will contact BBB DA DODGE FACEBOOK TIC TOC X AND SO MUCH MORE!!!!!
