If I could give negative zero stars I would. I have filed a police report for fraud and identity theft. This "dealership" stole my identity and filled out 2 credit applications and had 2 hard credit pulls on my credit without my authorization or permission. AND had the audacity to fill out a fake credit application and send it to Mercedes Benz Financial I never filled out a credit application at this dealership, and now have to work to repair the damage done to my credit. They lied and tried to gaslight me into believing that my bank made the first pull while hiding the second pull. The owners of this dealership are complicit in the corruption and fraud as well. They have been copied in on every communication that I shared with the Management there and have had no response. I sought a resolution but the arrogance and seemingly routineness of fraud there has given them a sense of omnipotence. Avoid this place if you seek to buy a vehicle - they are dishonest and will forge your signature on documents as they did to me. There are entities out there to help consumers with such fraud, The FTC, and the AG are good resources, and remember to file a police report as I have. Please pursue any error on your paperwork that is met with excuses there. The greed and nefariousness are boundless and West Springfield Mercedes Benz chose the wrong person here. I will uncover every stone to reveal the complacency of fraud there, It's not business, it's personal. My unfortunate experience is a lesson to everyone, West Springfield Mercedes Benz are dishonest, conniving liars, forgers, and fraudsters and I will not rest until I am satisfied with them stealing my identity and using it for their own gain. This is illegal and resolving this is my top priority.

I love my GLA 250!! Shay was amazing from beginning to end!! It was a pleasant experience and Shay went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. I didn’t feel pressured or talked down to which has happened to me in the past.I highly recommend her!!! Keep up the good work Shay it was a pleasure to meet you!!

Terrific experience at Mercedes of Springfield! Shay was awesome to work with and she made the entire process easy and enjoyable. In fact, I have never experienced such an easy process when buying a car. Shay was knowledgeable and worked hard to meet my needs as a customer. I can’t recommend her enough! Everyone I talked with was professional and very easy going, which made the entire experience wonderful! 5 stars for this dealership-it is a pleasure to buy a car from Mercedes of Springfield!

Do not buy cash from this dealer i went to pay $19,500 cash for a car they waited for me to arrive knowing i was going to pay cash to tell me they can't take anything over 10k because they have to report it to the irs i made 3 separate transaction one for $9,900 cash yhe other 2 on credit cards in the process of dealing with their b.s i ended up leaving with what i thought was $9,600 cash only to find out i am 1k short . Management is terrible and they insist they're workers dont steal they say i lost it somewhere else.

Stay away if your paying cash! This was the easiest purchase from start to finish. Dave my sales associate made sure everything was taken care of and arranged for me to pick up my car at the NY DMV. I was an out of state customer and this also was a huge help. If you want a dealership that is customer centric this is the place to go. No smoke and mirrors , no ridiculous haggling just a straight forward process. I would highly recommend this dealership and sales associate. They truly care about the customer.

Such a wonderful buying experience. Can not say enough about this dealership and Dave. This was the easiest and quickest sales experience I have ever had with a vehicle. There is no haggling or playing the usual car buying games which was refreshing. The price was fair and dealership is truly customer centric. Dave supported and followed up with me both during and after delivery to ensure everything was OK. They even arranged getting NY registration and the car was delivered to me at the NY DMV office which was much closer for me. I would highly recommend

We have been going to Mercedes of Springfield for many years to service our vehicles. We hadn't purchased a car from them in the past but their service department had always been outstanding. They are responsive, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. Our service advisor, Scott Shrewsbury is amazing!They even do a video walk through of your vehicle just after the service to outline the status of all your critical systems. This had NOT been the case at some of the other Mercedes dealerships I've dealt with in the past. But service as great as it is, isn't the reason for my review.My wife and I began looking into EV's and had tons of questions. Our sales person Jack McDevitt spent hours working with me and my wife answering all of our questions and showing off the technology with genuine enthusiasm. He presented a price and trade in that was aggressive and better than our current car (a 2018 AMG). Jack even asked my wife about her professional affiliation because he was aware of a sizable rebate ($5500) specific to my wife's industry. My Wife's industry and the accompanying rebate was very obscure but Jack gleaned the details with his friendly demeanor and used it to our benefit, not his! That says a lot about his character.To make a long story short, my wife and I purchased the vehicle but he had to get it up from his other location in New York State. While we waited the day or two my wife downloaded the users manual and proceeded to outline the dozens of questions she would be peppering Jack with upon delivery. She's a techie and this car is more tech than car. Jack didn't just deliver the car, he DELIVERED the car to our home, some 30 miles away. He also picked up the trade and changed the plates. Then he settled in and took my wife through every button and light, option and menu page, charging and Maintenance you could possibly imagine. All with the same enthusiasm, professionalism and kindness you can imagine. He was at our location for more than 3 hours! Oh and for my sanity he programed our garage doors in the new vehicle.Buying a car can be tough, back and forth, pricing, paperwork, transfer plates, etc etc etc. Buying a car from Springfield Mercedes and specifically Jack McDevitt is NOT! He knows his product, he knows his programs, he wants to know his customers and most importantly of all, he cares! We've selected Mercedes as our manufacturer some time ago, and we've selected Jack and Mercedes of Springfield as our dealer from now on.

Recently replaced a vehicle totaled with a late model C300. Both Ty and Matt understood my needs and were very helpful! First class service and great communication from these guys from beginning to end. I traveled across state lines to get this kind of service and am glad I did! There were no gimmicks or games, these guys delivered what they promised and I am a happy customer. I will be purchasing my next new MB from them for sure and from this dealership! I also appreciate Steve in Finance department who was very clear in his communication about everything I was signing. There was not a question asked that he couldn’t answer. Looking forward to traveling across state lines for service from this dealership!

Went to get a GLC 300 from Albany and the experience has been nothing less than fantastic. Meeting MJ was the best thing that could have happened in deal. He is your go to guy and one of the best salesperson I have met till date. The entire dealership is very professional, courteous and knows how to take care of their customers well. The deal was very smooth and the pricing is very competitive which is best for the customer. This is my first purchase from Mercedes Benz of Springfield but definitely not my last. I am happy to take this 100 mile drive in future to get my next one.
