I ordered the Magnificent Life Spray for my brother's funeral...the last thing I would do for him. I was so embarassed by the horrible arrangement that I removed it. It was a clunky arrangement consisting of white mums and bright green dyed carnations. It looked like it belonged in a dive bar on St Patrick's Day and looked NOTHING like the photo on the website. Do not order from this florist!

I ordered flowers over the phone from CA for my sister in Chicopee. The bouquet was beautiful and my sister loved it. 2nd time using them and recommend them.

Dennis designed the flowers for my daughter's wedding at the Publick House and we couldn't be happier! The bouquets and boutonnières were exactly as we had hoped. He designed beautiful elevated centerpieces with lights that were the prettiest our event manager had ever seen and complemented the space perfectly. The prices were very reasonable. We highly recommend him for weddings and events.

Horrible workmanship and nasty owner!!! Cannot say anything good about this place from delivery, to design, to trying to talk to the owner. Never got a word out of my mouth as he yelled at me and then hung up on me.I was startled!!Do Not Shop Here; this owner/designer is a loose canon!!!!

The flowers were for a wake.. I ordered online and got a bit nervous when I didn’t get a tracking number or email saying it was delivered. Turns out it was fine, and when I saw the photo I felt relief bc it was beautiful- not exactly the same flowers but it stayed within the same look that I liked. The flowers were perfectly fresh and vibrant. Well worth the money spent!

The Owner a older gentleman is a rude man with no manners and a unprofessional person with lack of customer service! You are better off anywhere else but this place never again! If you want to be yelled at for ordering flowers be my guest! Terrible service!

Always a pleasure to get my flower order here. I was very specific about a heart wreath I wanted for my son. I know Dennis put a lot of effort into making it just right. It was as important to him as it was to me. But flowers are so expensive like everything else I guess. Yikes !
