Got a 07 civic back in June of 2022 , nice looking car but ended being a complete wreck!! I literally ended up replacing everything major in this damn car !!! First muffler fell off he fixed it , the radiator broke he fixed it , then one coil cable went out he fixed it with a junk yard one , because right after that check engine light came on car stalled , took it to a mechanic they said they cables were from junkyard, We did not get the extended warranty so after that it was a total disaster, next year came in 2023 needed a starter , then , the engine stalled needed a new coil again, engine kept stalling replaced all coils 200 bucks every time , yet car kept stalling, September comes around needs a sepertine belt , then serpentine belt falls off , October, they say engine is done , needs new engine!! I was sadly still paying for car till December so did not want to get a repo on my credit so I basically paid for a replacement engine 2600 !! With 875 labor , then alternator goes out , then battery , then ecoil pack !!! I basically paid to fix everything on this car !! And still it doesn’t run good at all !! I wasted my money , It’s beyond ridiculous, my advice don’t buy used cars period !! At least with no good warranty, I got car back a mow it has a oil leak , so decided to trade it in and basically lost all the money I put into it !!! Avoid this place just saying , I literally paid off a car that was not running just to avoid a repo !!!

my car broke down and needed something fast to get back on my feet that would not break the bank. a dealership pointed me in matts direction, i thank the dealership and matt i am so happy with my purchase. matt wears no tie or use big words he really cares about his customers. nothing is really fancy when you get to the lot but matts helpfullness of getting you started in the process is great. he will lead you to the bank, when transfering plates he tells you to call your isurance company and he will take it from there, and he will let you know about the sales tax at the end of the sale. the state needs their money. i have enough freinds but the time matt spends with you to make you happy and take you through the prosses of buy a car you want to tell your friends and family. my three grand kids are going to need cars that are not going to break the bank. i highly reccomend matts auto mall to everyone. thanks matt

Matt's looks like the type of place that you drive by and think to yourself "that just looks like a sketchy auto dealer" but my experience is FAR from that. I've bought from sketchy dealers, Matt's cares too much to be one.Matt (the owner) is a stand up guy with a no BS attitude. He was extremely helpful in my purchase of a car for my son, I was going to finance (and have good credit) so he told me to just go to my bank instead of him running through the creditors he has (which could lower my score). He fixed things that didn't even need to be fixed by MA state law on the car. Got a great reliable car with low mileage for an awesome price. couldn't be happier with my experience. Matt's will be on my list of places to check for future used car purchases.

In september 2020 Matty sold me a 1998 Ford Explorer with 94k for 2 grand. I'm about to hit 130k on it and have only had to do basic repairs and that kind of stuff. No issues. He let me test drive the car and didn't bother me into something else. That little truck is a tank. Thanks again Matty!

Thank you so much, Matt. It was such a pleasure working with you on getting back on my own feet with a new car. You made it so easy, and I appreciate all you have done for me. I'll continue to spread the word because you deserve it.

Matt sold me a lemon. Lasted less than a year. He sold the car as "parts or restoration" to avoid the Lemon Law.This was my first experience buying a car and it was terrible.

This place was a MESS! Cars sitting on the lot with doors, trunks, etc open in the rain. A beautiful old ragtop car with no top and no cover. The backseat was full of snow. Lots of cars without price tags. Lots of cars with price tags too high because the interior was ruined. I would NOT recommend buying a car from this place. If I could give no stars, I would.

Have to say Matt was more than pleasant, my girlfriend and I were out shopping for cars and my girlfriend was skeptical at first but Matt made it a pleasant experience and got her into a beautiful Tahoe and she loves it, I will recommend Matt’s auto mall to anyone of my friends and family

I want to start off with do not believe any of the negative reviews, those people are full of it! The owner is very accommodating and professional. I took my niece there yesterday and she was nervous because she never bought a car and he was awesome and made it a good experience for her. We ended up getting a beautiful dodge SUV. Before we left with it he detailed and it looked new and gave her 20 for gas! I highly recommend Matt’s Auto Mall.

Would absolutely never recommend to anyone. My first visit I asked to test drive a Subaru outback and was told Matt needed to change the brakes first, then it needed a new coil pack. He said he needed to wait for a coil pack and wires from Subaru because parts from stores sometimes cause problems with these...ok.. After coming back and test driving it there was a hesitation at stops and accelerating. Matt said he would take care of it before I bought it if I was interested. He assured me if there were any problems he would take care of them. So I traded in my minivan and bought the car, within 100 miles the check engine light was on with a misfire in cylinder 2. After I let Matt know he had me drop it off to fix it, after a week I went to pick up the car and the same problem was immediate. Within a couple more days driving the car clearly had an exhaust leak, he had me bring it back again...another week...still hesitating, and getting worse when I pick it up and the Check engine light pops back on on the way home. I bring it to my mechanic and he discovers a junk yard ignition coil on the car, changes it, still doesn't fix the problem. I check the spark plugs that I was told were changed in the week Matt had it and there's 2 different brands, change them and still the problem persists. Brakes were clearly never changed either. Finally Matt tells me to bring it in and have his mechanic fix it but I'm done and have heard too many lies, so he refunds my money. Meanwhile I'm out a working minivan that he never filled any information in about for the trade-in, hundreds of dollars in rental car costs, and without transportation as a single parent with 4 kids, 2 of which are disabled. I went here based on solid reviews and I hope others are more weary, as this is the type of behavior that gives used car dealers a sleazy reputation.
