some reason the Northampton location feels more inviting. The Chicopee one is dark and just feels dingy. I do recommend the Northampton location at 5 stars.

Good selection, they offer to transfer in liquors that other locations might only carry. Just ask an employee who to talk to for that.

Guy at the bottle return was a little rude to my elderly parents I understand it was a little busy but if you can't handle it don't work with the public really turned me off! I don't think my parents should go there anymore because of that experience! People in the store was nice but that guy in the bottle returns needs to be nicer!

Big store very very clean well organized friendly workers prices are fair not like other places just trying to make a extra 5 cents side note have your ID you will be carded.
