Excellent, Excellent service!!! I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Josh. This was the second time I met him (two different locations both in chicopee). He went above and beyond to help me out. My car looked like my wife drove it through the jungle and there were no survivors. She actually parked under a tree and every bird in the state had their way with it. I don't know what was stained on it but it was reddish in color and dried up. I don't ever do reviews but Josh you deserve five more stars. Thanks again for your help!

This place sucks. I would never go here again or recommend this car wash to anyone. I never complaint when their machines scratched up my car or their car wash is always broken ( first station) or vacuums don't even work half of the time but recently I went to wash my car and once again their machine was broken and only spit out soap on one side, which was on the left side (driver side) left spots on my windshield and they don't want to come off at all and I have tried everything!!! When I went to complain to the owner they of course did not take responsibility for it and tried to blame the City..lol. Really the city? Smh I now have to invest in a new windshield but will take further actions about this to BBB and put a complain to the city about them.

Auto-wash is the most outdated, most expensive and worst performing in the area! I used to go there frequently, years ago. It used to be reasonably priced and used to do a good job. I revisited last week, because i live very close, hoping it had improved. It has not. I won't be back.

Like this place sometimes is a ghostown touchless wash seem to be broken most of the time. Attendants take good care of customers when they are around. A little more tlc to the touchless wash would be nice. Price hike also a little to expensive for even the basic wash. I can do better with $5 washing it myself. Other than that is ok

Well I went early morning to get my wife car wash, attendant was nice. My wife car came out great no problems. I went later on and there was no one there. I waited and then I left. Came back later there was someone there, wash my truck, a few spots were miss but no big deal.
