Great store and excellent service! Before I went to Larry's, several other stores were visited. None of them had the shower cartridge I needed. Went to Larry's, was in and out in 15 minutes. Paid less than Amazon, over 50% less than Home Depot, both of which I would have needed to wait for.

I nice place to start rather than finish when you need a specific pipe fitting/adapter & your not sure what size. A nice sample board that you can try the piece you need to fit. Once he knows than he will get you what you need. It is getting so difficult to get help in the larger stores and surprisingly all too often they don't have what they think you need in stock. I was pleasantly surprised my running around was over (3 trips to home stores, an online purchase & the original included w my appliance did not fit my specific faucet)

Rick is very knowledgeable and a hard worker. This is the place to find hard to find plumbing parts. To all the people complaining about Rick on the reviews just understand this the man works like 80 hours a week and has been for a very long time. He may come off as rude but he does care about people. He's like an artist of plumbing and we all know talented artists have quarks. He's held off from the big box stores and imagine trying to to find reliable help with a small store like Larry's. He ends up working more hours than he probably wants but if not him then who? He's a very good man and works very hard. He is extremely knowledgeable. Support your local business.

The sooner people understand people the sooner you can appreciate this business. If i was working 80hr weeks id be miserable too. Don't take it personal. He's a hold out from the death grip of big box stores and show rooms.

Owner was super rude and pretentious with his plumbing jargon. Seemed like he couldnt be bothered while eating his chinese food at 8:30AM!Showed him pictures of the prt I needed and went on and on about how he needed the part number or the model of the faucet. I have owned my house for six years and have know way to confirm the exact model the previous owners installed. After explaining that he still had no patience to try and help.

I stopped in this morning. Walked around and no one offered to help. The owner was talking loudly to a man in back. I walked by and attempted to make eye contact. When he walked to front I followed. He was complaining about working. He was tired of working 100 hours a week, etc. he didn’t give a rat’s a— about it anymore. This went on and on. He glanced at me a couple times during his rant. My husband had sent me here because he had been helpful to him.Was his lack of service because I was female? I walked out when owner continued complaining and ignored me.

He looked at my shower stem and knew the make and model right away. I had spent countless hours trying to figure it out and buying the wrong ones offline. Should've just went to a true professional like Larry to save time and money.
