I stopped attending this location, specifically, because, on my last visit, my stylist despite asking and then being told within 60 seconds, my preferences, she grabbed lock of the hair not to be touched and. cut it in half. Being a firm believer in second chances (and was happenstancially in the area), I returned to this location to for a much-needed haircut. Thank goodness I did as I not only got a great cut, but also made a new friend in the process!!!

I was a walk in today, I had hair down to my butt. I came in asked for layers and a trim. My hair is now it's barley mid back.... and it's all different lengths I'm in tears it took my years to grow it out and she just carelessly cut it off. I'm soooooo pissed off I payed and left I couldn't even think ? ????

Brought my super wiggly toddler here, I was blown away by the stylist, they were amazing with him. I would give more stars if I could. They told him what they was doing, put the clippers on their arm for an example, then asked if they could do the same on his arm. He responded so positively! They took it nice and slow and were very engaging with him. We haven't had this level of service before, I loved the energy there, and definitely will be returning. My toddler had such a good experience getting his haircut, I can't thank them enough. And the haircut came out great as well! which isn't easy on a 3 yr old.

This location definitely worked for me! Haircuts, even simple trims, are difficult for me because I have very long, very curly hair. If this is you, then I'm sure you can relate. Sam is the person who cut my hair and she was great! Absolutely no complaints. She did what I asked and did it better than what I had expected. The trim was affordable at $23.00 and of course I left a tip!! I will definitely be returning to this location! Sam, please don't leave!!!

I always use the Chicopee Crossing shop for cutting my hair. I have never gotten a bad haircut. No matter who the stylist is, they are all very good, and friendly.

My whole family went in for a haircut, including our toddler who is probably autistic. My toddler always has a meltdown when his hair gets cut. Instead, the woman got out a toy monster truck and sat down on the floor with him. She snipped as he played, with no meltdown!!! We live 2.5 hours away (we were in town for a funeral) and are considering coming back for haircuts for the toddler.

They hold down kids and abuse them And instead of just saying, I'm not comfortable with cutting a child's hair. They force themselves to restrain a child in a chairwith 2 to 3 people. So they can just get paid for their haircut.

A great haircut and shampoo to kick off the holiday season. Checked in online and was given the services immediately upon entering. Consistent service and pricing with other great clips in MA, RI, CT, and NH. Next to Chipotle, another great find.
