None of the clothes are organized by size. Unshoppable.
Also no fitting rooms and 0 returns policy (or at least that's what a very rude employee told me).

Good selection of clothes. Not as robust on non clothing items as some other stores. Rarely is there furniture or large items.

This is one of the most depressing goodwills in the country. It’s like walking into a funeral home. Store is dirty and items just sit there for weeks. This place needs a full remodel and happier staff that will bring in customers.

Rude employees that won’t let you look at items on the new racks coming out, not high quality items, higher pricing than other stores

Dirty, unorganized not inorder of size, n no prices on most things. I swear she makes up prices at the counter. It's like needs to be closed. It just seams unsanitary too.

Great thrift store. Have a large book selection and large bins of blankets/sheets/pillowcases etc which are great for fabric thrifting. As of Dec 2022 they still don't have the dressing rooms open due to covid. So you can't try anything on. Thats probably the only bad thing about this place. Staff are very nice and are willing to show/talk to you about the stuff behind the counter without feeling like you're putting them out :). They also have nice new card systems so you can tap to pay. Super convenient.

I used to love this store but the pandemic has changed things. The changing rooms are permanently closed and all sales are final. This makes it very difficult to want to make purchases without knowing whether the clothes will fit. I wish the prices would reflect these limitations but unfortunately they don't. As someone who donates regularly to the store I find the inability to return, at least for store credit, very frustrating.

Really enjoyed being told over the phone they still accept old tube style TVs still and then lugging them up from the basement and driving 30 minutes to be told that they DON'T actually accept them for donation anymore. Really loved wasting my time and gas!
