Let's face it. You get a pass for 20 bucks and you can wash your car every day of the week five times a day if you want and they have vacuums

They had thing too fast lately..bumped into car in front of me..had to apply my brakes..not cool!¡!

Decent car wash except still had salt residue after going through. The automated arms broke my windshield wiper and I tried to call golden nozzle numerous times but no one picked up. Bought a new wiper at BJs. Would I go again? Probably but not my first choice

Did not pre-soak / rinse the car before sending it in. The salt on the car thus got grounded into the exterior causing damage to the vehicle. The workers were also unprofessional and were more concerned with their personal conversation than tending to customers.

The car wash at this location scratches car rims. If you experience your car jumping over roller towards end of wash and you have dirt and grime over your tire check your wheels it likely has damage. I’ve been coming here for years and never realized the damage to my wheel was coming from this car wash all along! If you have a nice car and care about your wheels go elsewhere even after their upgrades with lighting the mechanical system is causing damage to wheels… BEWARE

I am so tired of paying for extras and them not being done. 3x in a row asked for tire shine, rim cleaner and undercarriage. Paid 12 each time and today paid $4 for a tire shine which I didn't get. You can never reach the manager by phone. The employees there today (Saturday) are extremely rude. A manager should be there.
