Went in yesterday. Gentleman at the counter had some bath math. When I questioned it he was infuriated and began shouting. Had to leave before it got worse.

The store had everything I wanted, perfect for me in Chicopee. Also, the guy at the counter, Sujith, was very helpful in finding the things I wanted and was very comfortable to talk to.

FIND ANOTHER STORE!! This place is terrible! The owner is incredibly rude! He kicked a small dog that outside in front the door, not bothering anyone. Someone tried to pay with some change and he kicked them out! And don’t ask for a bag! He humiliates people for no reason! DO NOT SUPPRT THIS BEHAVIOR OR THIS BUSINESS!!

been a customer here for years. owner is always rude. tonight was no exception. went into purchase a 40 ounce. guy didn't like that I wanted to pay with my card. so i got a second 40. I asked for a bag cause I was on foot. he started SCREAMING at me. idk what that's about. I left. I came back a few minute later to ask for a refund when i calmed down. and he started screaming at me again. infront of other customers. I have no idea how this guy stays in business. someone needs to teach him a lesson in customer service.i wasn't rude to this guy. he started screaming at me like a banshee for no reason I have no idea what that was about. I called the local non emergency police and they calmed me down.don't give this guy your business there's a nice liquor store in chicopee center that's got your back.

I literally just walked in today ask for some dutches then he goes theres a card minimum so im like okay give me a couple more. The dude straight up just says no and gives me no explanation so i walked out. Idk if he thought i was a kid im 22 and he didn’t bother to ID me.

Story time! (Also I never rated a place before until today!!)This store has gone so far down hill after the new owners…. They’re so rude and even liars…. My husband and I would buy a couple of berry lemon sour sleeves every so often and We would never get a bag even when we see them… we’ll ask for one and the owner will say “no bag” with such rudeness… oh! And most times when we ask for the berry lemon sleeves or a single, the owner and the helper will say, “no more” repeatedly until I “move on” with my order? .… After a few visits Like that, I noticed the berry lemons have been off the shelf more than usual (thinking of the shortage of the blues) and they're saying they have none a little too much, even when cabet liquors and the surrounding has plenty!!... but they’re “out” as always… Today, I went in and asked if they were still out of the blues and the helper said yeah and I ask if he was sure? And he said yeah no more.. I said ok. So I got something else and when I went to PUSH the exit door, there were like 6 sleeves of blues behind the counter hidden with the bags…I’m also thinking that they choose who and who not to sell to which is so wrong! and it’s just hurting their business….Sadly, The store Is very convenient for me since it’s so close and now i dread going there. It used to be packed when the old owners were there, now it’s always so empty and awkward. Not sure why they won’t sell what I want when I’m giving them my money.It Makes no sense..they’re losing customers and losing business!

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!The guy at the register was very rude.Was annoyed when I asked him a question and he didn’t even care to even look me in my face. He kept looking down at his phone. He kept murmuring things under his breath. Doesn’t seem to care for customers at all. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!
