I would give them 0 stars. They were closed during operation hours and I wasted my time going there after work. I went there around 430 and it was very inconvenient and not to mention they had a ton of signs in their windows "cash only". They don't seem to care about their outside appearance. Trashy.

It was terrible today! I see four employees but only one was working. I waited to pay for my thing 20 minutes because the line was long.

Tried to exchange wrong size tops, cashier had headphones around his neck, music blaring, called the manager who insisted it had to be a return not, an exchange. Then I had to let 2 customers go ahead of me because it took so long for the manager to come. 15 people deep in line, he does the return and walks away instead of jumping on a register. One addt'l top I tried to purchase was the last of that print and did not have a tag. The cashier told me that I had to go find a duplicate t-shirt when I explained that they were all the same price and that that was the last of that particular print he told me I couldn't have the item. After spending 38 minutes in line and the horrible experience at the register I left without my stuff! The store is dirty cluttered disorganized all of the employees just ooze that they do not want to be there. I guess I'll find my replacement tank top somewhere else

The worst family dollar I’ve ever been to! The guy refused to scan my coupon at the register and also had headphones on. He was tall with puffy like hair. Very unprofessional & not helpful. I waited in line for 10 mins before anyone acknowledged I was there. The store was very disorganized & a complete dead zone. No help around. Terrible customer service. I will never visit this location again and will NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!The employees at this location definitely give “family dollar” a bad reputation.

This store hasn't been attended to by all employees, for example: empty shelves with stock on the u-boat blocking access to said shelves... poor management in my opinion.

This use to be a nice and clean store when Charlette was the manager. Now it's disgusting and the shelves are always empty. Need new management and workers
