My wife and I moved to Chicopee about 7 years ago after I got out of the military. Since I’ve owned 3 vehicles. These guys worked on every car I had and are straight to the point, don’t make up stories, and get your car fixed and out quick. As a veteran they offer discounts which nowadays every penny saved helps. I’m a person that doesn’t trust easily but these guys have never done anything to my wife or I to not trust them with our vehicles. My wife even left her families mechanic of 20 years in favor of here. Thank you guys for always taking care of us!!

I recently had my car’s oil changed at Fairview Service Center and I couldn’t be happier with the service! I called and they got me in within a few days. The staff was friendly and professional and made me feel confident in their expertise. The oil change itself was quick and efficient. I appreciated that they used high-quality oil and checked other vital components of my car to ensure everything was in great shape. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making my short time there very pleasant. Overall, they provided exceptional service at a great price. I’ll definitely be returning for my future car maintenance needs!

I was towed here when my car broke down on the interstate. Sadly, my engine was beyond repair, and replacing it would have exceeded the car's value. But Fairview offered me more for the car than I would have gotten for salvage.
The shop seemed well-run and it was very busy, which usually means they are very good.

I just wanted to write this review as a thank you! I've taken my car in twice now once for a power steering issue and the other time for a ball joint. The first time I was so impressed with the work,price and customer service I knew I would be going back. The second time I called on short notice to have my ball joint fixed they were able to get me in Monday morning fix my car and have it back to me the same day! If you're looking for a reliable,honest, hard working mechanic shop Fairview service center is the right choice for you!
