We had a time sensitive delivery where once I received a tracking number was able to communicate with the local branch and Marie Clark did a nice job following up to get it here promptly. Once the truck arrived, the driver (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) was also extremely courteous and actually helped get the long pallet off his truck into our shop parking lot.Two great employees represented the Estes name well!

I was pleased with the whole Estes experience from scheduler to payment processor to driver. Everyone was pleasant and thoughtful and the driver took care that the pallet was stabilized while offlloading with my forks.Thank you for your professionalism!!

my sales rep is very knowledgeable of the freight business. the last 2 years has been very difficult for all LTL carriers and ESTES has done a excellent job handling the everyday problem we all faced.

Estes Express ( Chicopee terminal in particular ) has made my life so much easier ( as a 3PL provider) in handling shipments that have more moving parts than the usual. They are always on point and uber professional and most importantly do what they say their gonna do. Priceless!!

This company is a big joke. I was supposed to get a tent 2 weeks ago. This losers lost my package and sent it to Alaska. If you buy anything online and they are in charge of delivery, mind as well cancel the product and ask for your money back.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Would rate 0 if possible. They were sub-contracted by Lowe's who said a convenient delivery time would be set up. I got email Sat. telling me when they would be there Tues and that an adult had to be present. Immediately responded that that date not workable. Sun. got email response that due to volume of emails they'd get back to me. Mon. got voicemail clearly indicating they were aware date they set would not work. Returned call that day and got voicemail; left msg, repeating that Tues. would not work. Arrived home Tues. to find package weighing almost 200 lbs had been dropped off in front of my garage - when no one was home - in clear view of anyone going by, blocking garage door entry, box gouged, and severe thunderstorm starting. If their delivery people returned paperwork to Lowe's with a signature then it was forged. There is no way I can get help to move the box before Sat. They'd better hope no one steals it before then, and the next few days' predicted storms don't damage it or the car that I cannot park in the garage. If so, I'll be seeing them in small claims court.

The Lady in dispatch is very rude and unhelpful. If you don't like your job then you should find another one. You are supposed to help customers, aren't you? The customers are what make your business so learn to treat them better. As a person who works in customer service, I would say you have a lot of learning to do. The truck drivers and others employees have been great.

We were having pickup delays due to our receiving hours. We were told Friday then Monday then dispatch pushed it to Tuesday. Someone in dispatch was having a really bad day and I understand that..... BUT in the end you need to HELP the customer. Customers are what pay your check each week. Dispatch being rude/not helpful does not reflect well on you or on the company you work for. In the end we were NOT helped and treated rudely thus the bad review.

Estes delayed my shipment twice already. Representative on the phone was unhelpful and clueless while being unable to offer any solutions. I work nights and have to coordinate to have someone home and available to bring in the product. This has happened multiple times and is completely unacceptable. I will be canceling my order if delayed for a third time.

I dealt with the wonderful staff at Chicopee MA and they were it only accommodating with helping me redirect a shipment for pickup, but also extremely responsive and professional. I called numerous times over the course of 4-5 days and every time they were helpful and courteous. Thank you so much!!
