Horrible customer service! Still waiting for girl who answered the phone yesterday to call back with the amount for a taillight bulb replacement that the guy at Brad's did this morning for free and without an appointment in 2 minutes so you can cancel mine for next Thursday! Lol A week to get a bulb replaced ?? and a Bimbo to go with it! Never would recommend!!!

Well, let’s just say I’ve had my share of bad mechanics, bad service rude people checking me out, But this isn’t the case at all. Greeted me with a smile very friendly, reasonable wait time on the Jeep. Followed up after the service was done. I even had a few laughs.. The reviews were very good that was my initial reason for going and I’m gonna keep the reviews going as very good thank you so much for a woman going in to Work done I will recommend this place .. Thank you so much

Had no prior relationship with them but was looking to buy a used car and scheduled with them to have them check it out. While there were some communication snags initially, they worked to make everything happen as smoothly as possible. The end result is that they were able to show me exactly what needed to happen for the car to be drivable and gave me solid information to give to the used car dealer for a follow-up conversation. There was between $3500 - $4000 worth of work that would need to be done and the dealership had endangered my life by putting me in a car with a tire that had dry rot. Without this mechanic, I wouldn’t have known most of what he showed me and would have bought a car that required even more money to be invested.

This was my first time getting my vehicle serviced at E&G and I felt like I made the right decision right from the initial phone call. I had the pleasure of working with Heather and I was very impressed with her mechanical knowledge and her friendly attitude. She called me after the technician diagnosed the issue and clearly explained what was wrong and what the options were. The vehicle had the necessary repairs made and I got my car back the same day. I was informed if there were any issues with the repair or if there was anything else that I may need to just let them know. Just as impressive was that I got a call a day or two later as a follow up to see if everything was going as expected. I’ve never had any mechanic or dealer call me as a follow up! Even better, a few days later I received a thank you card in the mail for having my car serviced at E&G! Not that I expect any other issues with my car but it is comforting to know there is a garage close to me that can service my vehicle in a professional and reliable manner!

Brought my car in because the AC would blow cold then warm intermittently. Two visits and $1100 later, my AC blows nothing but hot air and they wanted me to bring it back for a third visit. I took the vehicle to another mechanic, they repaired the AC, and I found out the problem had nothing to do with what was replaced by E&G in the first place. That was a $1100 mistake and education process on my part, unfortunately. The people are friendly and courteous, but I like my vehicle fixed right the first time, and at least if it isn't fixed correctly the first time don't charge me for each additional visit and keep putting new parts in while you guess what the problem is. I can't afford to pay for each visit and multiple new parts until the mechanic guesses correctly as to what the problem is. Lesson learned, and an expensive one at that!
I wanted to update, I did receive a refund for my second visit, Brian was very apologetic about not being able to diagnose the issue in a timely manner. This to me shows good business practice, and I would use E&G again.

E&G did a great job taking care of my older vehicle. They are very efficient and quickly resolved my A/C issue in 1 day. I recommend this shop for any other mechanical work that you might need.

Took my truck in for service and some springs replacement. Updates through text with pictures were great and everyone was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Finished my truck when they said it would be done and driving great with a warranty on parts for peace of mind. Will recommend to friends and family in the future, great shop!

Friendly and attentive to my service needs. My car was taken in that same day for break service. In a text I was given pictures and explantions of what needed to be done on my car. I liked that alot. They did a excellent job and I would highly recommend A & G to anyone.

Heather at E and G Automotive made a car problem a pleasant experience. Approaching the holiday weekend, our car had a strut and burning rubber smell. After calling several repair shops with no availability to even look at our vehicle, we called Heather. She said that E and G could evaluate and either fix the car or order parts as needed. She was so pleasant and reassuring that our stress levels immediately lowered. Soon after true to her word, Heather called and said, “Your car is ready.” We highly recommend E and G Automotive for the best Customer Service and Vehicle Repairs!

I’ve taken my car here a couple times, and have yet to leave disappointed.
All the staff are so kind and patient, especially since talking mechanics is foreign to me. The woman that normally works their counter is probably a direct gift from a higher power, she’s always noticing my busy schedule and goes out of her way to ensure both my car and personal needs are met. Can that get more fantastic? She deserves a raise.
They offer complimentary loaners if the service may take a while, which is such a stress reliever I didn’t know I needed. I’m not saying they cost more/less than a comparable mechanic shop, but I never feel like I get cheated for a price estimate.
If I could give them a sixth star I would!
