these guys are fantastic, I’m a contractor and I’ve had my trucks fix there over and over again and maintained. There’s not one thing that they haven’t been able to know what it is and then fix it and get it back to me right away. I’ve had my personal vehicles, including my kids vehicles go there. And every time it’s fixed the prices good and reasonable and I don’t think I’ve ever had to leave my car or truck overnight. As long as I’ve called them ahead of time, they schedule me in and fix it that day I drop it off.

Don is clearly the best brake system repairman far and wide. Anytime I'm in Chicopee I drive right over to it and at least get my brakes checked!

Don's Auto Repair has been fixing my car for many years. He's honest, efficient, thorough and dependable. His car repair rates are lower in comparison to other local garages my friends use and I always suggest they give Don a call. I've never had any problems with any repairs he's completed. Don's is a top rate auto repair shop hands down!

I lived near Don's for 23 years, but if you don't know where Don's Auto Repair is located you're missing out on an Auto Repair Shop that can be trusted with your second most valuable item, your car. The average price of a car now (9/2020) is $32,000 a truck $50,000. I swear I am not an employee or Don. I am a customer that was extremely impressed with the professionalism and the way I was treated. Bring all my cars to don. He is very honest. Other places have quoted me hundreds more. He is friendly fast and knowledgeable. Plus if there is a problem he stands by his work. I have stopped going to other places just not worth it.
