I had a problem with a prescription last week after leaving the hospital and Katelyn helped me so much calling the hospital and getting it straightened out. She is a great pharmacist and will go above and beyond to help people.

I bought a Hulu gift card and when I got home it wasn’t in the bag they looked at the cameras and said the person put it in the bag ? like really I work hard for my money I don’t steal I just want what I paid for. I’m pissed. This is why I like self check out.

The pharmacy is THEEEE WORST. Always ridiculously slow even when they have staff. Very frustrating. Not the pharmacy for anyone who likes things in a timely manner.

The pharmacy is the worst, they gave me the wrong vaccine and the worst thing is that they don't recognize the mistake and then they treat you like you're stupid.

Staff makes you feel like you are bothering them both on the phone and in person. Difficult to work with.

Dark haired Spanish women with tattoos has a HUGE attitude problem. My husband came in for an ear problem,they said he needed a prescription and they had nothing for him here. I come in find a huge nose/ear/throat section. I ask why she didn't point him to the ear drops. She explains he needs a prescription. She gave me attitude . I get he needed the prescription part .I walked away cause I was too tired to fight and argue. She spewed her mouth for like another minute behind the counter,cause I walked away from her, other pharmacist were giggling,until I got up to the register. I just walked away!!! Didn't want to fight. Trash!

Whoever answered as a pharmacy tech you must hate your job so much or your own life altogether because you were very rude. Whoever hired these pharmacy techs must have been desperate to get whatever off the streets to cover because they don’t have customer service. You can be nice to them but they are rude just by tone of voice oh and expect a quick hang up before you even say thank you. Tells you how many people been complaining the last couple of years and nobody has done anything well it’s gonna get reported to corporate headquarters instead. Thanks CVS pharmacist!

I’m finally switching out of here like my father did. I take one medication and it’s a major disaster every time I try to pick it up. I walk 45 minutes to get there and my script is either not ready, missing from the shelf, problems with masshealth ( I’ve had the same insurance for 15 years), still being filled etc. etc… all this AFTER I get constant calls and texts telling me my script is ready. I’ve had enough…

By far the worst CVS pharmacy experiences I've ever had are at this location. Rude, unhelpful people that hang up on you and don't care about helping people, incredibly concerning for a pharmacy.

Had a prescription almost cost me 11x the amount it usually cost. Called my insurance, they let me know it should not cost that much. I went back to CVS, a pharm tech was telling me that it is still going to be over $300, I asked her if she knew who I could talk to because I already call my insurance and they told me it shouldn’t be this much. The pharm tech told me she didn’t know who I could call three times with attitude before telling me who to call. I call and get the cost issue resolved, went back in line and a second pharm tech told me she won’t rerun my insurance because it was almost lunch break but will make it her first priority when she comes back from lunch. So I go back a third time, and it still going to cost that much on their end, I wait for probably 20 minutes before they reran my insurance and it was finally resolved with the correct charge amount. Only 1 out of the 3 CVS workers was kind through this process.

There’s always problems with my prescriptions. Or even if they have the prescription sent by the doctors office, they put them on hold and make you call them, instead of just filling them. Customer service is terrible , except for a couple of people, the rest are rude, and half the time don’t know what they are doing. They used to be the best place to get your medication, but until a little over a year ago, they have become terrible!!!Also, what the website tells you and what they tell you are two different things …Definitely Waiting to switch to another pharmacy as soon as I can. I do have to add that the pharmacist, Kaitlin, I think that’s her name, is excellent and very knowledgeable. She’s always happy to help you and does it without making you feel awkward. I will definitely miss her when I switch pharmacy.
