I haven’t been there yet, but I’m putting three stars because I’ve been trying to call them for the past month and they have not answered the phone. They don’t pick up and they don’t call back so if y’all are trying to get a hold of them go in or just go to a different doctor.

The Employess are so polite but the System setup is awful 2024. A decent Urgent care at best. Doctors are now too overwhelmed to know your whole life's history connect dots believe their patients with confidence to know your whole history, even though you transferd all records upon arrival. Chart system and labs still not connected completely to Holyoke network, communication sub par between the networks. Doctors are now too overwhelmed equivalent to drive through service so where do you go when you feel your cheif complaints are downgraded and documented as such. PCP want to collect on servicing for Cardiology and Dermatology other important Specialties at an office where you cant even get consistent appointments especially during any flare ups or illness. How can you prove any medical case? We live in a world where peoples concerns are discarded or downplayed, how did we get here in the health care field. Remember if a doctor cant see it dont believe you dont see you enough, dont fit criteria, unfortunately by the time symptoms physically present Our life will be in danger. Update the Sevice of this clinic or just make it urgent care. The Physician's assistants And Nurse practitioner's for urgent care emergency visits are the Greatest at Chicopee health center!

Use to be a great place. Not it takes hours to get through the phone lines and they usually refer to their urgent care or want you to come in to the office just to ask a question that even a nurse can answer. Unfortunate because I love my doctor and hate the office portion. Need to switch!

I called them back in January because I needed a new PCP and were accepting new patients. I called and I was directed to their voicemail for new patients, so I left all the information they wanted. I haven't heard back from them at all. So a couple weeks after the first call I tried get through with the receptionist telling her that I needed to find a new PCP and they took my insurance. She redirected me back to the same voicemail. I haven't heard from them not once. I was able to find a PCP immediately after. Don't bother trying to get a doctor here.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!CAN NEVER GET THROUGH BY PHONE, NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS, CANCEL APPOINTMENTS WITH OUT NOTIFYING PATIENT, PERFORM UNNECESSARY DENTAL WORK AND TELL YOU NO CHARGE THEN SEND A BILL, PAY GOOD MONEY FOR ROOT CANALS/CROWNS THAT LATER FALL OUT! WHEN I GO THERE IN PERSON THE RECEPTIONISTS AND EMPLOYEES ARE PREOCCUPIED WITH EATING AND PLAYING ON THEIR PHONES AND THE PATIENTS COME LAST!!!!! IF IT WERE ALLOWED I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM ANY STARS. HE PHONES RING AND RING FROM PATIENTS AND GO UNANSWERED WHILE THEY EAT AND PLAY WITH THEIR DEVICES. IT IS A SHAME THAT THE PATIENT COMES LAST AND THAT PEOPLE IN NEED HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THIS!!!

I’ve been trying to get an annual physical for 2 years. I keep being told they aren’t doing any physicals except for employment. So if a have a health issue (I’m 58), I’ll have to wait until I get sick enough to be seen. So if I have something that could be intercepted or treated, ie:cancer. I can be seen once it is possibly too late. So much for the Hippocratic oath.

I had an appointment yesterday for 3:00. I sat in the waiting room, with no other patients for 40m and still wasn’t called in. Absolutely ridiculous.

Chicopee Dental is a danger to the public's health and should not be open. It is their practice to start dental work and not finish it. We're talking poorly filled cavities that crumble- and they won't make an appointment to fix their own work, even after over six months. Then there's the root canal that they never crowned- and that was over a year ago. This business is in freefall, and causing its patients great pain in the process. Their complaint lines do not work, you are not able to leave messages, and you are not allowed to enter the building without appointment. I have shared my experiences with several state elected officials and even state agencies- but as with many other issues facing the state, they are asleep at the wheel and have let conditions worsen at Chicopee Dental over the past year. This business should be closed, and is only open due to other state regulatory bodies that are similarly incompetent.

They give appointment and they check on you an hour after so you wait so desperate in the room with your child for an hour , I don’t know how they charge to the insurance but is very crazy

I haven’t been to the dentist in years due to anxiety. I called today to try to get an appointment because one of my wisdom teeth are giving me some problems, they got me an appointment within 20mins. I am writing this post because of the experience I had with the tech who saw me. I explained why I haven’t been to the dentist in years and they validated my feelings and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. I was too anxious to catch their name but, I wanted to shout them out. Their kindness meant everything to me and I am not feeling as anxious about going back.
