This location truly makes you realize good help can be difficult to find. The cashier with the green hair is completely unprofessional and needs to be retrained on how to approach and treat customers. A little bit of training could do a long way as this is the first terrible experience I've ever had at a Big Y establishment.

Very busy location, dangerous intersection.Competitive prices, no issues with staff.My complaint is the new gas rewards program. it SUCKS. You may think you're getting a deal because they hype the $1.50 off per gallon.....In my opinion the previous gas rewards was better. Yes, under the new system it accrues for 2 months and up to $1.50 off, but under the old system if I spent a $100, I got .25 off. Now you have to spend $100 to earn .10 off...you think you're getting a deal, but you're not.

Friendly people. They only take your cash or bank cards alot of people go in with EBT cards the workers say i cant take that so they put it back..They should have a sign outside we dont Except EBT cards. Thank you

I use to go over to sunoco across the street but once i had a run in with one of the employees and how nice and chill he was this is whete i cone to get gass and snacks etc but downfall of it is this station needs to be expanded theres a parking lot behind it that is never used so putting up other pumps there and a doorway with windows on that side with the kiosk in the middle camera watching boths doors etc??Now that would generate more income BIG Y should buy that lot an increase revenue

Linda Who works mornings at the Chicopee location Is an absolute asset to that location her customer service and her cheery demeanor at that time of the morning is an absolute delight.If Big Y could find a way to cloan her they would be all set Because they would have the most cheery and polite staff available.I can't even count the number of times I watched her go above and beyond to help her customers with all types of problems it seems no isn't in her lexicon

The other day, I was barely out of gas when I went to the big y express in Chicopee. I was assisted by an cashier who was very helpful, her name was Linda. I was having a rough day as it was and she was able to help me with applying my points to my gas Which I couldn’t figure out. She also sanitized my nozzle before I started pumping! She was very kind as well which is honestly hard to come by now a days. I thank the big y team for everything they do and the Fact that they show up to wrk everyday during this hard time.

It’s very cramped, a few pumps and since it’s a Big Y station there’s lots of cars trying to squeeze in, there’s lots of traffic with multiple lanes on the adjacent streets. They should have picked a spot that’s more spacious with more pumps. It’s such a pain that it’s not worth the hassle trying to use it. I don’t know what Big Y was thinking.
