I have used this cleaner twice, they we very helpful and thorough.The reason for 4 stars is for a couple of reasons:1. I brought in a jacket to relocate the buttons on the sleeves. There was an issue, and I was not told until I came in to pick it up. Had to wait another week. Need better communication.2. You have to pay cash for alterations. The cleaner should bill the client and pay their vendor the cash they are requesting?Other than above, I believe the prices and customer service are excellent.

Alterations seem even, but no one answers the phone, no messages can be left, to confirm order ready.At designated pickup order wasn't dried cleaned or pressed & ready on day scheduled for pickup.No courtesy call that it would be delayed, and bonus 2 different employees equals a large variation in costs.The manager stated that a cost couldn't be quoted at drop off; but on pickup he said this is what it always is. ? Right. . . next

My family has relied on Center Cleaners / the Ramah family, for over 60 years and we have never been disappointed. Quite the opposite! Center Cleaners often surprises us by cleaning up stained clothing that we thought could never be cleaned. The best cleaner in Hampden County!
