Stephanie's Florist is absolutely THE best in Boston! I called from out of state, Rita helped me and took a personal interest in filling my order - she described her available plants & added flowers and a beautiful porcelain container to make it a special gift. Just plain odd. I telephoned to hopefully order flowers for a colleague and a woman who answered the telephone, promptly hung up on me. I immediately telephoned back and asked if she hung up on me and she went into this extremely long dialogue about being stressed out by marketing calls. Doesn’t instill confidence after such an odd exchange from a business. Kind of disappointed because I am reading that their arrangements are stunning but for me great customer service is first and foremost.

I was so happy when my sister sent me a picture of the gorgeous flowers from Stephanie's Flowers. I ordered them over the phone and the person who helped me was so friendly and helpful. They were even able to use a vase of the specific color I wanted. My sister received the beautiful fresh flowers in the same day I ordered them, very reasonably priced for Boston (I'm from Maine so I'm used to much cheaper flowers, but their prices were comparable especially for the quality of service and flowers)I would highly recommend this local florist over any other big box flower company. Such efficient service at a good price. Will definitely be using them again next time I send flowers to my sister.

I live in Nebraska and needed flowers sent to a funeral in Brighten. My flower order from FDA fell through and I didn’t know until 2 hours before the visitation. Rita answered my frantic phone call and went above and beyond and farther for a stranger then ever imagined!!! God bless her!!!

This flower shop is amazing! I walked in and got a bunch of roses for my girlfriend. They were quick and helpful. They even added some extra flowers to make the bouquet look nice! Overall, the customer service was great and my girlfriend loved the roses I got her.
