“I would give this more than 5 stars if I could, especially to LOLA. I’m a person who doesn’t really do reviews, but when places like this come up, I just have too. From the moment I walked in, the two girls greeted me so generously, and the place was absolutely amazing! So clean so cute. Lola on the other hand was the one who was supposed to pierce my ears, and do a piercing change. It was also supposed to be one new piercing, but then changed to two since having lola’s great taste and trust in both the piercing site and type of stud. But long story short, honestly in the lucks of it, I randomly mentioned about me having my wisdom tooth removal next week (5 of them) which was not a good idea to get the piercings. Lola explained in such detail to why it wasn’t a good idea and totally understood and am truly grateful. Sorry this was so long, but I HIGHLY recommend this place and will be looking forward to coming back after my surgery! Thanks ladies! ?❤️❤️❤️”

“I recently shopped at the Pandora store in the Chestnut Hill Mall location and I had an excellent experience! As I entered the store, Shay (the sales associate) was quick to greet me, answer my questions, and helped me find the products that I needed. She was extremely personable and knowledgable about the products, current sales promotions, and holiday return policy (I had questions about it regarding a gift that I’m planning on getting for someone at a later date). She was also helpful in regard to offering future recommendations based on my current purchase and I will definitely be using the advice that she gave me when I shop again.Even though my experience with Shay assisting me was great, there are a few suggestions that I’d like to make for the Pandora store in the Chestnut Hill Mall. The first suggestion is to add the capability to engrave charms in this store! This is what I specifically came in for and was disappointed that this feature is not offered in the Chestnut Hill Mall location. Secondly, please have more sales associates in your store on any given day/time. Shay did an amazing job juggling the responsibilities of assisting customers in-store and answering the phone, however the store was not busy while I was there (I was the only customer in the store). I can only imagine how stressful it must be for excellent sales representatives like Shay to have to juggle answering the phone and assisting customers when several customers are in the store at once. It just seemed impossible regardless of the amount of experience that someone has as a sales associate.Overall, this experience at the Pandora store in the Chestnut Hill Mall was one of my most positive customer service experiences I’ve ever had.”
