There is not an ownership mentality here from the top that I've seen in the last few days. Not getting the job done and not responding and at best pushing request off to someone else who hasn't ever worked on a similar issue is what you get, rather than having the people who probably could get the job done, just go ahead and spend 4 minutes to get it done.

I went to Fidelity at Chestnut Hill to open a Roth IRA account. They forgot to scan my SSN card and I had to go back one more time (Hence 4* instead of 5*). Apart from that everyone was really polite and professional!

To me, the idea that anyone would trust Fidelity with their money is totally insane. It shouldn't take nearly 6 WEEKS to withdraw funds, after hitting one roadblock after another. I probably would have gotten it done sooner if I hired a group of lightly trained monkeys. Being able to use your own money when you need it is the most fundamental part of financial management!

Active trader didn’t pick up 2 times and they didn’t call me back on a dropped call! Unacceptable. I had a real time trade that needed immediate execution and I listened to the music. No one came to the phone. My loss with NO recourse.

They don’t pick up the phone.direct phone number called. On hold for an hour three different times...unreal. Went to the location. They said we don’t know why. FORGET calling the 800 numbers. I called several and sat on hold for three judge Judy reruns.
