I went to Fidelity at Chestnut Hill to open a Roth IRA account. They forgot to scan my SSN card and I had to go back one more time (Hence 4* instead of 5*). Apart from that everyone was really polite and professional!

Active trader didn’t pick up 2 times and they didn’t call me back on a dropped call! Unacceptable. I had a real time trade that needed immediate execution and I listened to the music. No one came to the phone. My loss with NO recourse.

They don’t pick up the phone.direct phone number called. On hold for an hour three different times...unreal. Went to the location. They said we don’t know why. FORGET calling the 800 numbers. I called several and sat on hold for three judge Judy reruns.
