“Rarely have I received such fine customer service as I got from Michael at the Chestnut Hill Verizon store. My old phone was worn out, and hard to transfer data from. He took the old and new phones from me curbside, worked on it for as long as it took, and kept me apprised of the progress until it was done.”
“I dreaded going to a T-Mobile store so much, I lived with a broken phone for a long time. I made the trek to this T-Mobile location today and couldn't have asked for better service! Let's give credit when credit is due. The woman who helped me is"Janelys", she greeted me nicely and proceeded to help me with honesty, efficiency and she went above and beyond to make this experience outstanding. She answered all my questions, was straight forward and then took the time to set up my new phone, which would have been so hard for me to do! I hope the manager of this store gives her this positive feedback, because Janelys is an asset to T-Mobile. So, if you want to go here, be sure to ask for her in particular and say that I sent you!
