I felt like someone needed to say something positive. Yes, it's expensive but so is nearly everything in this area. They are always on time, and instructions are followed. Everyone working there has been nice to me.

Avoid this place. I dropped off clothes for wash and fold and they told me it would be a week. After I called the store several times and got no response, I go to pick up on the pickup day and I was told the clothes weren’t ready and would take a “few weeks” because there was something wrong with the machines. They didn’t call anyone to let them know about the issue and the clothes just sat there for a week. Go elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience with this dry cleaner. We brought a dress need it to be alter and the tailor told me, ask the lady at the counter. We did ask and she said later?Nobody called us for the estimate on the alterations when we went to check it out. They did the job and charged $70.00We asked them how come it is this much?The tailor put his head down and the girl at the counter was so rude to my 82 year old mother.I did call and brought our concerns to the owner OMG !!! He is worst than people they work for him. He didn’t want to listen to me, he called me and my 82 year old mother a liar and hung up on me.He didn’t even try to ask the people they work for him what happened that day ? He didn’t even saidI am sorry, let me look in to it and get back to you. As I owner you should take care of the customers problems and handle it! That’s what business people do!This is not only they over charged the the work they did, they didn’t quote a price ( even we asked for it) and the terrible treatment we got from this business.Very very disappointed!

Terrible service and attitude from the people they work there and the owner you ask for estimate on alterations they said later on and when you go back and you found out they over charged you without any explanation and not giving you a quote before they completed the job. Owner called my 82 year old mother liar and didn't even bother to ask his people what really happened. He is very rude and not professional at all. When I was explaining to him what happened He hung up on me. I am so shocked how they are in the business

Horrible. They refuse to give a quote when dropping articles for small alterations and they completely gouge customers for simple things like hemming pants. Ridiculous pricing.Service: Alterations

Super sketchy. If I could give zero stars, I would. I should have listened to all of the bad reviews, but I was feeling lazy and didn't believe it could possibly be that bad. Turns out that it is. I brought in a dress to be hemmed, and when I asked for a price up front and they refused to give me one. They said the tailor "wasn't sure" how much it would cost, even though he had already measured and pinned out the dress. Instead of listening to my instincts and going somewhere else, I left the dress with them anyway, and when I picked it up, they charged me $95. That's right, $95 to simply cut a little fabric off the bottom of a dress. When I expressed shock and disappointment that I wasn't told how expensive this would be, the rude woman at the desk was neither concerned nor surprised. I also told her I live in the neighborhood but wouldn't be back, and she didn't seem to care about that either. This place is obviously used to scamming unsuspecting customers. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

I went in with sundresses and a few unlined, Summer work dresses and was told that it was $21.95 to dry clean one dress! I said no thank you and walked out the door!
