I love this Athleta store! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Veronica was a pleasure to work with today. I found exactly what I was looking for. I come here on a regular basis and I'm always happy with the service I receive!!

I came to this location twice in the last couple weeks. Once to purchase and then exchange. I won't come back here. The first time I came there were pants on the floor that must have been returned with visible large water stains. The service that day was mediocre. The next time a came on a Saturday around noon. There were 5 employees with a few customers in the store. One young lady was at the cash wrap finishIng a transaction. Everyone else was talking amongst themselves unbothered by the couple people browsing. After about 3-5 mins of being in my the store someone finally spoke and when I said I'd like some help, She seemed startled but never bothered to help. I finally got someone to help me with the exchange but her service was lackluster, she was caught up talking to someone she knew that came in. I ended up having to pull some of the exchange sizes myself. Finally the girl who was on the register came to the fitting room area and offered some support. Never should you have 5 employees and they're not engaged with customers or acknowledging them.. I spent another $200 for a combine $500 between the transactions but I will spend my money next time at another location or purchase online. It's to bad they don't have one in Cambridge closer to where I live, but I'm never coming back here.

I'm a middle aged woman shopping for a college aged daughter. Sadie is a gem at this store. Honest and bright she helped me get what I needed with humor and pleasantries! I'll be back!

They wouldn't give full value or equal exchange for a defective tank top that ripped after 2 wears. I bought it with a gift card for at least 20 bucks and they couldn't find the transaction so they offered me current value... 5 dollars. Sorry that doesn't cut it when I'm returning it because it was defective. Lulu gets my business from now on.

I don't usually consider leaving a yelp review for a retail store, but when I popped in this morning to try on (seemingly) every pair of bottoms in the store everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful. I'm in here all the time, usually knowing what I want and visiting efficiently, but was so pleasantly surprised to have multiple employees stop to see if I needed anything and answer my questions, even the weird ones.

I visited the Chestnut Hill location for a second time in one week. I bought a jacket the first time and went back to exchange for a different size the second time. The exchange was not easy; as i didn't have my receipt. I was asked if I wore the jacket before bringing it back even though all tags were visible on the front zipper. Really? Making a customer feel uncomfortable with a $180 purchase is not the way to go. She found my sale with the credit card I used, but continued to to tell me multiple times how I needed the receipt. What happened to customer is always right? I'm sure there are people who abuse the system, but for someone who does not, I didn't appreciate it.
