I wish I could give a 0 the young kid that works there is RUDE rude. I would love to know where I can put a complaint in, he's not only rude to me, but my mother, step father and roommate. We just moved to town. Not welcoming at all

Cheshire Post Office is a great place to do business with.They go out of their way to be helpful, and offer many helpful suggestions.Sue Is GREAT, and if she doesn't have an answer, she makes sure she gets it.My carrier, John, is exceptional, taking care with my packages and mail, and I have ALOT!Many thanks!Happy New Year to all at the Cheshire branch!Stay safe in this new year!Teresa Kenny

About ever 6 to 8 weeks I am mailing items down to my sister for my nephew. Clerks are always very helpful and polite. Always had a good experience at this post office.

I have never had a problem with the Cheshire post office or any of the employees . Postmaster Susan Nye is very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. The letter carriers that deliver to my house are always smiling and wave to me when I see them.

Whenever I have a package delivered by the USPS not only does it take forever, but when it's out for delivery, it doesn't get delivered even when I'm home. The tracking website claims an attempt was made and a notice left, but there's never a notice...makes it seem more like an attempt wasn't made and they just marked that they tried. I'll gladly pay whatever the price is to never have to use them again. Wish they would just go out of business already.
Update 8/8/17 - still pulling the same bull. Again an "attempted" delivery from Amazon. No sign at all of any attempt. No notices or anything. Just go out of business already.

This place is terrible.......people who speak poor english shouldnt go this place.they treat you like a piece of xxxx.my mom doesnt speak english very well and she didnt know how to send package or what to do.so first thing she did was waited on line to get her turn with heavy box.ones her turn comes she went to pamala who works there and my mom goes hi~~~how are you??? But (pamala )--->she just ignore without say anything just staring at box and first word coming out of her mouth is i dont know your language !!! What is this???? She was so rude~~~~to my mom .why dont just say you need to fill out the form for shipping.the box was written with korean language but she could speak to my mom nicely to fill out the form and come back but she didnt !!and ofcourse she cant read!!!!it was just korean letters on box thats all...she give my mom bad attitude and unkindness.anyway so my mom stay out of the line and somehow she fill out.oh and she was with my wife but they both dont speak eng well and about 1and 40min??spending to figure out to write the form and they waited on line.this time they went to man..and he look at the paper with annoying face and goes you didnt fill out what is inside.so my wife was trying to write but he said people are waiting you need to go! Come one !!!it was only 3 items inside it takes less then 30 second to fill out. So they have to go and come back for the line again....all the people who works there they saw my mom and wife been there almost 2 hours to solve this problem ..then atleast they could help ?? Am i asking too much???and my mom got so angry come back home without sending package.and they try different post office in wallingford and everything done in 10 min.the man who work there was very kind nice.so much different with cheshire post.what would you do if your parents who dosent speak english well and been treat like that!!!! Im sure you will be piss off.i would not recommand this place to go specially people with poor english they will ignore you and annoying !!!!!! -.- -.-
