Any and all inspection are not being done. Had one in March. Check list was all green.( Still under Warrenty!!!
All fluids were checked green. I had no antibfreeze (Caused it to crack the radiator) now I need to buy a new one.
My rear brake were done prior to. I did not have my inner e-brake drums done to save money at the time. But they past it saying they worked. Means absolutly no e-brake. But passed it.
Battery test. In the green. Back up battery is dead.
Service noticed my check engine light was on. (New Girl to boot, Very Nice Tho). Asked if I knew my Check Engine Light was on. I said "Yes". " For how long Sir". I said long before my Service & Inspection in March. (Still under Warrenty)
Now said something at this point. Before my car even went in that they Clearly DID NOT even look at my car. I showed them my last Inspection sheet. Everything was in the green.
So goes in. Finally hook up the Diagnostics to see why. Oh you have a EVap leak!! No Anti Freeze, Need a New Radiator, Need Anti Freeze, Cabin Air filter, Air Filter and back up Battery is Dead.
After talking with the Service Manager and The Young Lady which they completely understood. (Cant really agrue the fact that I was in the Right. There was no yelling or anything. Kindly offer to contact the Warranty Dept cause clearly everything was Broke while it still was still Under Full Warrenty. I really hope this gets resolved. Ive know people there for close to 40 years, and i also was in the business myself.
But it is a different department and im sure understaffed like everyone else. But if this was my Daughters car, Which in fact they helped me with also. She has young kids, and single mom does not know how to avoid situations or know anything about cars. I definitely would have not been as level headed as I was with mine.
So hopefully still driving around with all these issues, It will be resolved quickly.

2 1/2 hours for oil change & tire rotation far tooooo long. My receipt says customer postponed repa of 4 lug nuts. This is Not true. New lugs were NOT available.

Running late, appointment at 1:30 and dropped Jeep off night before. I was dropped off after four, went inside and they hadn't even started my Jeep service but was bringing it inside then. I had to wait over an hour and feel like I'm not important enough. I have waited for over two years for a recall part to be installed and made an appointment at a different Jeep dealership in another state to get this taken care of as I am considering buying it and my lease runs out in December. The lease company told me they can't sell it to me if the jeep has a recall. So now it's a push to get it done and I don't trust Bedard Brothers to do this in time as an option of mine with my decision making. Sorry for this review, it's honest and that is the way I am. Other than feeling I don't matter, the service isn't questionable, once you bring it in, I feel confident it is done well.

These guys really know their stuff! They have a huge selection of vehicles. The sales staff isn’t pushy and don’t pressure you at all. The service department knows what they are talking about and doing. I have purchased 5 vehicles from them, and I’ll go back every time.
