Reason why you got so many bad reviews. Do your job that simple. When no one else is at your clinic but me to pick up a CPAP. I shouldn't have to wait over 40 minutes. Lazy people.

I would not recommend this company to my own family. they donot respond to any questions that may arise & it is very difficult to reach the correct department or person needed Also the representative do not explain everything regarding your account. Their main concern is what they can charge your account for. Please note, this review does not reflect on the delivery personnel, which I found polite & professional to date.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. And I am stuck having to use them because of insurance. This is exactly what happens when you remove competition. Even the RMV is far better.

I've been a customer for 2 years. Rocky and his team are great. Whether it's home delivery or when I decide to go to them. The prompt service, attention to detail and listening to my concerns are second to none. I highly recommend them.

Lincare has served me very well for both Oxygen delivery and equipment and Nebulizer machine, medication and equipment. Never have a problem. Would highly recommend this company.

They didn't give me the mask my PCP originally ordered; she prescribed a nasal pillow mask and Lincare took it upon themselves to give me a full face mask, that hasn't worked for me whatsoever. And when I contacted Lincare they gave me nothing but attitude, saying that I need to "give it more time" and "i'll eventually get used to it."It's been a month since I've picked up my CPAP and that hasn't happened.Update: After some finagling, Lincare did send me the proper mask. Just FYI, if the sales representative tries to give you a different mask than prescribed, push back!Update 2: now they do nothing but call me 24/7 for monthly refills that I honest to god don’t need. And I’m left with a copay every single time. If you need replacement parts, just buy them off Amazon.

Improvements could be made better over the phone when having to send someone products. Was told they’d be overnighted and didn’t receive for a week. Ended up purchasing on Amazon after complaining about the issue 3 times over the phone. I’m actually hoping with my next appointment with the doctor all the oxygen materials can be taken away.

I have been a client of lincare for approximately 15 yrs. for oxygen. Recently they have done away with liquid oxygen. They game me a portable concentrater and I now use an electric concentrater 24/7 at home. The first portable had problems where a caution lite and a symbol would appear. However, they never gave me an owners manual so I didn't know what was going on. I contacted lincare in Worcester, MA about this . Twice I called to speak to a manager. But, she was in meetings. That was fine. Left my info and my problem. No one got back to me. After 4 or 5 days I called and again she was in a meeting. Now it had been 2-3 weeks with a portable that I couldn't trust. Also when they took my liquid tanks. They didn't give me a tank in case I lost power. So now I'm using electricity 24/7 instead of having tanks. Well I called corporate. Not happy all at this point. I told them my story. It took several days before they contacted me about another machine. This time its brand new in the box. And i had a manual. Asked about a tank in case of the loss of power. Several days went by before they gave me one with no regulator! I used the new machine as soon as it was charged and sure enough the caution light goes on. I had the manual. Same symbol as the first machine. Say my canular is kinked. I checked it, it was fine. i tried a brand new canular and had the same problem. Every 15-20 minutes the the caution ligjt and symbols. They sent someone to check out the machine and it didnt do it while he was here. He told me to take a pichure of it when it happens. BuT im not that fast with my phone. I told my dr. About my problems and he told me that 20 uears ago everyone loved lincare. They were the best. he said its sad how bad they have gotten.It is sad. Still having problems with this machine. AfRaid to leave the house and have it quit on me.

Go anywhere else!! So I was told I have to be home for this delivery. Friday I waited all day and they didn't show up. I call today and she apologized and said it would be here today and they'll call first. NOTHING! So I called to be waiting on hold combines 23 minutes!! Probably because it's the end of the day!!

I've been having trouble with my CPAP machine so I contact Lincare. They called me to let me know that I had an appointment on July 4 which I thought was unusual. I called on Monday to confirm and was told that yes I had an appointment. When I showed up on the fourth no one was at the office and it was closed. They are the only ones who can help me with the machine and I've gone more than a week so far without using it due to mechanical issues. Not happy with this company right now.

I am very early on in the process of getting oxygen and most of the problems come from my own insurance company not with Lincare. I have to say so far. I have had nothing but good experiences with Customer Service at Lincare. Especially with Shania. She is a very good customer service representative, kind and compassionate and has stayed on the phone with me as long as it takes to hear my issues surrounding my getting oxygen. I am also surprised about the negative reviews. However, I will be coming back to edit this review in the future right now however, I see nothing negative about my interactions with Lincare. I have had nothing but positive feedback with anyone I have spoken with. Right now I am dealing with Eric so I’m hoping someone gets back to me today to let me know what’s going on. And again I will come back in the future to leave another review and I will edit this one.I am sure that I will have nothing but positive things to say about Lincare.
