Horrible experience, went to get paint and no one was at the paint center. I went to ask if they could find someone for me and they did page someone to come to the paint center. I stood there for 20 minutes and in that time there were two gentleman in orange smocks standing chatting and laughing. I left the store and on the way out saw the gentleman who paged for help and all he could do is shrug his shoulders. Poor customer service.

I had an issue with a broken water heater that was installed at 8:00 PM to find out it was cracked causing all the water to spill out. We had to take it apart and return for a new one before the store closed that night. Thank you to Sarah and Jackie who made the process seamless and doing the right thing and saving us some money. In an era where customer service is a lost art they stepped up and talked me off the ledge with their help. I say Thank you for your help and making the customer feel appreciated again.

I've had generally good experiences going to this Home Depot, buying a few things for my home. I bought a washer and dryer tower here last year and paid to have Home Depot install it. It was an ok experience. The salesman was great. Knowledgeable and friendly. The original install appointment got abruptly cancelled the day of. The original time was late afternoon so I think they just overbooked people. I had to call customer service in order to get a new appointment. I was annoyed to say the least. Everything went smoothly when the install technicians finally did come out days later.

Reserved a van to move my 75 year old father in law into a new apartment. Reserved it a few days in advance of moving day. One hour before the scheduled pick up time I got an email that they canceled the van, no vehicles were in stock. Checked surrounding area Home Depots and none had a van or small truck available. Yes online it said I could Reserve one, but when I tried to finalize it, it told me I had to do it over the phone with the store. The store didn't know about this and told me to reserve it online. Needless to say, we had to move his stuff in our car, broke his TV and a few other things in the process. Next time I'll get a vehicle from a car rental place or anywhere else but here. Zero stars.

The Home Depot Store in Chelsea is horrible! I ordered kitchen cabinets for my new apartment, they said it will be delivered in 2 weeks, never informed me that they were in back order, waited one month and a half for delivery. Delivery company JJ Tri State failed 4 times to deliver after confirm dates. When finally the kitchen cabinets arrived, some of them were damaged and it will take up to 21 business days to replace the damaged ones. I had tenants expecting for the apartment to be ready for June 1 but due to not having a kitchen ready, I lost my tenants, time and money. I canceled my whole order of kitchen cabinets and appliances as i had the appliances delivered first when I didn’t have a cabinets yet so I had Home Depot take all the merchandise back as I didn’t want to deal with this company anymore. Poor customer service and accountability.

Worst Home Depot in Massachusetts! Stay away from this location, save yourself and go to the one in Everett or Somerville, this one has the worst employees i've ever seen! Not only do they hide from customers or ignore you while texting, but they pretend not to speak english, little do they know i'm fluent in spanish, so when I start speaking to them in spanish their response is "look man I just don't know where it is", absolutely unacceptable.

extremely upset with this store whereas I wanted somebody to come out and measure so that I could have wall-to-wall carpeting placed in my living room however I did not want it glued down I just wanted it measured and placed my furniture will held it down very disappointed when they blatantly said they would not do it whatever happened to the customer is always right evidently this establishment has enough money that they can send $1,000 customers away

The worker have no clue wht they are doing, I paid for raymond to take measurement 9-23-20 . he came gave home depot measurement and door. I needed this door cause of a bad draft . I got a call the door was incorrct. I was not happy went back down purchased another door11-8-20 first person made a mistake . so Raymond was busy and booked me for 1-30-21. I got a call on 1-29-21 in the afternoon wrong door ! the day before install . I was pissed .Wht a big Joke ! I will never go to home depot again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be careful they didn't install the drier correctly if it was gas I would have died !!! Be aware then it costs me $200 to hire a contractor fix the problem

Save your time and go to a different Home Depot (Everett or Somerville). Not sure who's running this circus, but none of the employees or managers know what they're doing. I purchased a washer & dryer from them, and both are sitting uninstalled in my living room for a month. I also got 11 custom blinds installed through this location and it was a frustrating and confusing process. All the third party installers laugh when I tell them that I'm working with the Home Depot-Chelsea location because they know everyone's a clown. You'll call them and 3 different employees/managers will tell you 3 completely different stories or things to do. Even if you go into the store itself, no one knows where anything is and they'll have you running around the store. It's truly a joke and a miracle that this location is in business

I'm sitting here waiting to be called at the customer service, the three employees are talking to each other, and not attending us. A full line just growing and us just being ignored. This is not acceptable. Shame on them all.

I ordered a storm door months ago. The first part was to schedule measurement. They came out approximately July 1 and took the measurement under an old purchase order number I no longer have. I went into the store to get the door purchased on around July 18 and they said the measurement was cancelled.
