Completely HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. I don't recommend anyone going to this store. I tried to return a box that we had purchased on Saturday Oct 14, but I had a terrible headache with the manager. The guy was super rude when talking on the phone the first time I called, the second time too, I tried to make the return on Saturday today Oct 21 today and he, like the first and second time, was horrible again. He makes the conversation very difficult to make a simple return and the box still on the plastic back just like when it was delivered to us.

Went and picked up my bed when you pull up its a large brick building and inside is a store full of mattresses ,loved how comfy and quite the store was Great staff too you guys will definitely see my business in the future thanks for making my shopping experience easy and stress free !!!!
