An absolute joke. Their "contact-free" rental experience consists of 1) taking the airport shuttle to the car rental site at Logan, where, btw, all the other companies are located, THEN 2) being picked up there by Silvercar to go to THEIR location to get the actual car. How does this qualify as contact-free? Plus, are they serious? Haul luggage on and off the shuttle, then load/unload from their pickup car, then load/unload from the actual rental car. This is ridiculous even without the additional COVID concerns. So, I booked a car to be delivered, thinking that would be easy and worth the extra $100 minimum delivery/pick up. Nope. Received an email a day later informing me that there are no cars available. Silvercar sounds like a great alternative to the junk vehicles the other rental companies offer. It probably was terrific - before Audi purchased the company. It's unclear what Audi's vision is for Silvercar, but what is clear is that they aren't interested in growing the business.

I had a great experience and will use Silver Car in the future. Service was great and they gave me a discount for mechanical issues with my car with no fuss. The service agent, maintenance crew, and site manager were all helpful. It was also more affordable by 50% than the Hertz or Enterprise when I was looking to rent. My pick up was awesome and easy to find the location. Downloading the app made the process easier. It was the best rental check out and check in I've had in a long time. I will rent again.

Disappointed by the service. The strangest car return experience I’ve ever had. I’m not sure how Audi is associated/runs this business. Better to rent from known major rental companies for a reliable experience.

Booked a reservation. They say to take the shuttle to the car rental counter bypass counter and call or text for a pickup. They don't respond to calls or texts and I'm just sitting at the silver car door in the cold. I'm trying to cancel my reservation and on hold forever. DO NOT CHOOSE SILVER CAR FROM BOSTON LOGAN.

Top notch experience with Audi. Great new concept. We will only rent from Silvercar. Not going back to the dinosaurs. Their days of haggling and nickleing and diming are over!

Please be aware!!! I felt that I had missed the whole good things of reading other yelpers' reviews. I just picked up the car today and it was a nightmare experience. We arrived at the car rental stations. Where the heck is Silvercar? We asked several people for guidance and found out that we had to call them. They asked us to complete the profile on their app ahead of time just for them to pick us up. Why dont you included in the confirmation or sending separate email for the instructions instead of sending it while we on the sky. It's ridiculous. The processing of getting a car is easy but it seem like they don't want to give out more information just because they want to trap the customers to charge for more. So after 5 minutes of driving, we got an alert of saying low tire pressure. I was thinking that it is okay to wait a little more time. And then 30 minutes later, flat tire. I called them and the rep seemed to be awared of what was happening. Luckily, after 1 hour later, we got help by tires service guy. Long story short, after trying multiple places to get tire change, they said there is none of the tire is matched exactly like the other tires. Well, we had to drove all the way back to exchange for other one. So CHECK THE CAR BEFORE GIVEN OUT TO CUSTOMER, PLS!!! Manager please call/ contact us!!! I do want to talk with you.

I was very unimpressed with Silvercar. Having read the reviews from various bloggers & Audi being a luxury brand, I expected better. I submitted the survey afterward along with comments and never received a response to those comments by the manager Angela, despite emailing me to ask why I had rated them poorly. Because of a missed flight, I had to adjust my pickup time by 2 hours. A rep was deliberately unhelpful and refused to reinstate the promo code I had used. She merely repeated over & over that "Your reservation is now 3 & 3/4 days, not 4 days" instead of using her problem solving skills & pushing back my dropoff time by 2 hours. She became even more unhelpful when she learned I did not own an Audi and chided me that I hence was not even supposed to have that promo code. It was literally all over the internet, there are people in traveler forums saying nobody ever checked to see that they owned an Audi. It's not my fault someone 'leaked' it. My issue is not really about the $100 price increase, it's about the attitude of the rep & lack of customer service. It felt like a weird gatekeeping thing - "You're not in our club, piss off". I chose to rent an Audi because I was considering purchasing one, ding dong, and I suspect a lot of your renters are doing the same. Honestly, this interaction soured me on the entire brand. The experience had no real redeeming factors after I landed at Logan. The app never functioned (froze at the loading screen). You still have to take a shuttle to the rental car area of Logan, which seems silly - just pick renters up at our terminals if you're supposed to be driving us to another location anyway. I waited another 20 minutes for the staff to show up. There was no shuttle, they arrived in 2 cars, one of which was mine. I felt rushed and like I couldn't ask any questions about the nav system or whatnot, because they were parked where you are clearly meant to quickly pick up & drop off. Between having to go to the rental car center & waiting for pickup, I would have probably been close to done with another rental agency as the lines were not long. The car was nice enough, though it didn't look to have been washed very well beforehand. The only reason I rate 2 stars is for the car itself and that the rep I had dealt with before my actual travels was very kind and helpful.

I reserved a car for Thanksgiving Day months in advance only to have Silvercar cancel my reservation by text message when arriving at Logan because they ran out of cars. (And based on another Yelp review I'm not the only one they did this too.) I was stuck paying double what I should have for whatever was left at the Rental Car Center. The location's manager hasn't followed up with me although Silvercar customer service told me that he would.

I was excited making a reservation for this premium rental service for Thanksgiving Day/weekend. The reservation was for an Audi from Silvercar's Boston location to be picked up at 7:30 p.m. Thanksgiving evening. In the early afternoon, I received a text message that the reservation was cancelled. Silvercar "had no available cars." I then contacted Silvercar and requested to speak with a manager. The service rep would not connect me to a manager. I then communicated with Silvercar's online chat service. Again, I requested to speak to a manager. The service rep stated that she was attempting to have a manager contact me. No one has called. I hope that the executives at Silvercar enjoy their Thanksgiving. A reservation/confirmation means nothing with this company. Most importantly, the customer is far from a priority with Silvercar.

My experience with silver car was amazing. They were very efficient with my pick up at the airport and arrived prior to me even getting there. I was in an a4 and shortly realized the car was too small for me. Angela Ramirez who is the Manager personally delivered a q5 to me the next day with no hesitation. She drove an hour away in order to swap vehicles with me. All the cars were clean and every detail explained to me regarding the rental process. As I returned back at the airport she actually had one of her team members meet me at departures to pick up the car. This was literally the most amazing rental car experience I have ever had. I am sold On Silver car and going forward will only be using them thanks to the level Of service Angela Ramirez and her team provides. No other way to show how appreciative I am of the time spent to make my experience note worthy.

Doesn't get any better than SILVERCAR by Audi! This was the absolute best car rental experience when I traveled with my 3 kids over Labor Day week(end) from Boston to Bangor, ME. I booked early and then called the Boston location and to my surprise, the manager answered the phone, Live! I installed the Silvercar app and texted them when got on the shuttle to the car rental station. Super easy! A friendly Silvercar employee was waiting with the car outside, ready for us. She showed me how to use the Sirius radio and navigational system, it was totally awesome. The car Audi A4 was roomy enough for me and my 3 kids, 2 suitcases and 3 backpacks, plus the passenger seat was unoccupied. I was shocked how little I had to spend on gas, as we drove from Boston to Bangor and all around for a week, only filled it twice and the second time was just as we were dropping it off. We drove about 800+ miles for only $61 in gas the entire time. A Silvercar rep also called us a Lyft ride back to the airport. The car was equipped with a toll booth pass and no crazy fees came thru, just the normal amount I would have spent. For less than $500 for the entire week... I mean it just doesn't get any better, I will never use another car rental company again as long as this company is available on my next trip!

Loved our silvercar experience. We would highly recommend it to everyone as it was a hassle free service! They picked up from the airport to the rental area, then dropped us off. All the cars are new, with AWD, and newest updates. One down side is lack of adaptive cruise control. Good to note is they have ezpass in all the cars.
