This place is going down hill. None of the 4 small wash machines have not been working for a while so I have to spend more. Often the dyers barely dry so you have to move to another machine and started over. Grrr

Seems like the owner doesn’t care of the sanitary conditions of that place or the washer machines themselves . The soap area of the washer machine itself is disgusting. It’s a nice quiet place should be kept up with.. also your vending machine don’t work !

They need to improve too much, it cannot be left drying alone because the drying machines stop by themselves and some do not heat up and you lose money, they should take into account the opinion of consumers

This place used to be good, now it's a mess. Many of the machines are broken. Also, no way at all to contact these people. Phone doesn't answer, email gets no reply. And..the sign reads "deposit $20. Cash to get extra $5.00 credit". I put in the cash, got No credit. One machine was full of dirty water spilling on the floor. Accident waiting to happen.. and still no reply.

None of the dryers heat up always say no vacuum. I feel robbed from this place. This isn’t how a regular laundry works that they just stop working or don’t work at all. Many other places near by to go to that actually work and have workers to help you. I wish I had someone to talk to the phone number is a dead end as well no one answers plus a full mailbox. This place is very disappointing.

I don’t recommend this laundry dryer not good,dirty floors and toilet dirty so sticky, and snacks machine eats your money.just don’t go there.

None of the dryers work and not a single worker to speak toJust have to deal with the loss of moneyThen when you call the number on the website the mailbox is completely full and you can't leave a messageDon't recommend at all

The dryers are always broken and rarely give you enough time to dry. They used to be 60min to dry now they are down to 7min and you have to keep paying for more time. Absolutely ridiculous.

My Haitian friend took longer than usual at this laundromat (because their dryer broke) and she was approached and asked how long she had been there. Then they said, "We saw someone on cameras who looked like you and was dressed like you and we get lots of homeless people here." I cannot express my level of rage. She was approached about how long she was in the building? While actively doing EXACTLY what the building is for? She had laundry bags, laundry detergent, etc. .What nefarious plot could she have had for the laundromat? And if she WAS homeless but ALSO had resources to pay, so what! It's literally not loitering IF you are legitimately doing business. Had this person (presumably the manager or owner) used his EYES, or even CHECKED THE TAPE HE WAS REFERENCING, he would have seen that she was there longer than "normal" because their equipment was faulty. I am INCENSED and you CANNOT make this right.
