“My older daughter who is now 7 went here from age 3-5 back in 2015. Overall good experience with the exception of an issue with two teachers who I found out yelled at my child. Management handled it appropriately and assured us it wouldn’t happen again and going forward had a great experience(2015). (2019) My younger daughter who just turned 2 now goes here and the new director and assistant directors are amazing. They were staff previously and have since been promoted and have done a wonderful job from planning events for the children to the hiring of the staff. Much better management this time around as well as better staff. My daughters teacher is absolutely wonderful, caring, attentive and playful with my daughter. She’s learned so much in a few months she has been there. The new management has made such a big difference in the center. I’d definitely and have already recommended everyone who lives in the area to inquire about first steps/youbellor academy. I feel at ease knowing my toddler is in great hands, learning and safe while I’m at work.”

“My experience with CACPA Has always been unbelievable, I went threw some financial hardship and was at the end of my breaking point, wasin the prossess of trying to move out of safety hazard conditions in my apt. Was Mentially & physically exhausted and my mental status was getting worse. As soon as I reached to CAPIC they emediatlly came right threw without hesitation. Soon to be in soo much better condition and almost fare my Famly will be able to come and visit, Have Family Dinners again back at HOME!!!!!
