Opened my account online and haven’t received my debit card so I came to the branch to withdraw my direct deposit payroll check. It took over 30 minutes to complete my withdraw after providing them with my Driver’s License and answering 4 security questions plus 3 “OTP” questions.
THEN I had to get a text sent to my phone with a link to take a picture of said ID so it would show up on their system because seeing it in person wasn’t enough.
I tried to send myself the money through Zelle before coming to the branch because I was just going to transfer it to my main bank but was getting an error message so after finally finishing with withdraw I waited for a “banker” to clear up the error message for future transfers. She called someone who then transferred her to someone else in the online department and that individual asks “if you’ve already withdrawn the funds you don’t need Zelle anymore then right?”
Needless to say I won’t be keeping this account very long.

We came to this branch a few times, the staff here were rude and didn’t help. We were getting account information, and it took a few seconds. The manager kicked me out because he said there were some customers were waiting. That’s ridiculous and very unprofessional.

was Santander bank in shelsea because someone took money from my bank, make the complaint and block my account. When I try to enter, the manager yells at me, that I can not enter because he has many people in the bank and I had children with me from auside I can't see how manypeople he have... when he enters, he toll me that I don't have to answer him. the bank manager was yelling and angry all his client employee..an employee told him he was angry ... that manager never apologized to me ... he told me that I had to leave his bank .. first time someone treats me So. that bank did not return and I am going to close my account of that bank.

The teller asks me for my ID even though I swipe my debit card and put in my code. After telling her I have my code to my debit card and why do you need my id and then she just stop and look at me. I said you don't need my id card because I have my debit card with my code and then she said yes I do to check your balance....WOW I've been coming to this bank for over five years.... So I go over to customer service and tell him the same story and then he ask do I have your debit card with your code and I said yes and then we both go back to the same teller the customer service man ask me to swipe my card. I did. and then he said put in your code. I did. and then the teller check all 3 balance and did transaction and I'm still asking both of them why did she need to see my id
