My nails are seriously damaged after the lady rushed a soak off. I kept it professional. I guess all the nail salons in chelsea are trash.One nail tech working tirelessly messed up my nails there so tender. ?Never ever ever going back to that salon wasted 55 dollars for rushed damaged nail beds

They are really bad doing nails I got my nails done with them and the white started to turn yellow and brown and then bubbles started to form on them and the nails were ugly and fell off the following week i do not recommend you to do ur nails here u should go to rio nails they do a better job

The green was the inspiration pic.. the blue is what I received.. i have no idea where 4.1 stars came from but i was leaving for a trip the very next day.. this was the absolute worst ive ever received with my nails. I had left over glue all over my nails and finger tips.. nails are bumpy and she didnt even do them the way i wanted. The work was beyond rushed. My toes and the lady who did my toes did beautifully, positive attitude and talkative. The women who did my acrylics believe it or not WAS THE WOMEN WHO WAS IN CHARGE! Shes rough with you i kept telling her to please stop yanking my hand and she said “okay” and would proceed to do it again. When i would tell her i didnt like something and id like it fixed in a nice way shed huff and puff and roll her eyes at me and would just pretend she did something. I got so frustrated towards the end and just wanted to leave that i quit telling her what i didnt like and let her finish. I had an appointment set for 3:30pm And didnt leave until after 6:30pm.. its horrible how they treat paying customers.. i have 10 nails and in a week 8/10 nails popped off my hands.. disgusting. Also not to mention they use products that theyve used on other clients..??WERE STILL IN COVID PEOPLE W. T. F. NEVER AGAIN..?Services: Pedicures

My nails look horrible !!! And the lady was rushing . I had to show her .. HER MISTAKE while putting the nails on. I will not be returning my nails are so ugly.

Asked for a specific Manicure and pedicure (even showed pictures) and got a totally different thing. I got French tip nails and she only painted the white . With my manicure she didn’t even clean under my nails and all that stuff she just continued. My nails... TOTALLY not what I asked for even when I provided pictures ... Still had to pay $70 and a im sorry about 3 times, never again.

Rushed job. 2 of my nails broke off and it hasn’t even been a week. Went back the first time she tried to rush it again until I told her that the one she tried to fix, she made it longer than the rest and redid a design the previous tech from the other day had done. The next day another nail breaks off. Frustrated. Regret tipping and paying all that money. Not going back!

Horrible experience on the day of my birthday! I went in for a pedicure and a manicure. First thing I noticed was how unsanitary their salon was. They didn't seem to follow any Covid precautions. My pedicure did not last more than 10 minutes. She literally washed my feet, filed my nails and painted them. The way she painted them, a five-year-old could paint better. Then, it was time for the manicure. I previously had acrylics on. Instead of soaking my nails, she use the machine to shave down the acrylic. She was shaving so much and so fast that she was going through my actual nails. She burnt me at least five times and cut me 3 times. When I finally pulled my hands away because I was in so much pain. She started to use her own nail to rip mines off. After I specifically told her that that was painful. She did not finished taking off the acrylic so she decided to just paint over them. When I finally complained about the paint job then instead of redoing the process, she decided to just repaint them and they were worse than before. I was mortified. I have still have not done my nails until this day because I am traumatized. Can you believe they still try to charge me or both services?! I told them I would pay for the feet but I'm not paying for the manicure. I could just hear her running her mouth and her language. I find that extremely offensive as a separate we, the customers don't know that they are clearly speaking about us. Extremely unprofessional. Extremely offensive. I was raised, correctly, so I didn't cuss her the hell out. This completely ruined my birthday! Do not, I repeat, do not go here.
