App and website won't let me upgrade, change location, or cancel. I called and went in person and they said there was an error and could not help me. I also emailed with no reply.

It’s okay , hated the fact the PF lets teens in all they do is gather together and hangout around machines . Don’t they have gym in school? Restrooms smell , staff are always nice to me.

Wow!! This location is TRASH! broken and dirty equipments, rude employees and when the water is out they still charge you for each bottle of water. Last time going to this location. I can also see why this location is not actually part of the franchise. Needs to gutted or better replaced with LA Fitness!

The “crowd meter” on the app will say it isn't busy, yet it is jammed packed, and every piece of equipment is occupied. If you do find an open piece of equipment, it often turns out to be broken. It feels like it is 200 degrees inside and the air is stagnant. People sit on the same piece of equipment for seemingly hours and never move. If you want to use the express workout area for its intend purpose, forget it. There are people parked on every piece of equipment there too, and they won’t move for anything.

Good customer service. I guess seeing me often brings unexpected peers. Thanks to the dude who took the video of me. I enjoy working out at this location. Yes, I live for the grape frooties...lol...just kidding.

Quite possibly the worst gym you'll have the misfortune of visiting. Stay far far away from this location. Horrible staff with a terrible owner and manager that will nickel and dime you at any given chance.The cleanliness is terrible. The selection of exercise machines is limited. The bathrooms are putrid and disgusting.There is nothing of value at this location. Steer clear!!

Seriously one of the worst PFs I’ve ever been to.-Tons of people carrying bags around the gym and leaving them on the floor-Groups of people crowding around one machine (making the machines next to it hard to use as well with so many people hovering over you)-People using one weight machine for 20+ minutes, sitting on their phones half of the time, making it frustrating for someone who ACTUALLY wants to use it-Half of the equipment is broken or “temporarily not available”The staff doesn’t enforce ANY rules about all.

Always crowded, little kids in crowds holding machines not training just talking. They only have three free weight chairs that are foldable that are always taken, Last week one guy was training while wearing a full face mask ( very scary and made us feel uncomfortable), front desk most of the time miserable not looking at customers. Chelsea deserves better.
