I would highly recommend this business. ***** was very responsive, informative and friendly and made a sight-unseen purchase of a used, low mileage ******** really smooth; including out of state shipping. The car was everything he described, and more. 5 stars and an A+ !

I came to get gas for the first time and apparently I entered the wrong side when the sign clearly says “enter through both sides” instead of the guy telling me he just pumps gas for the other cars. I switch my car to the other side and he says he can’t help me on that side either. He proceeds to fill 3 more cars and I wasn’t going to wait again. I don’t recommend, this gas station has poor customer service!!!!! I would rate 0 if I could! You have to wait always until the person is done in front of you.

As a local insurance agent, I'd give my left arm for all dealerships to be as professional and helpful as Scott and Pezzi Service Center is. In my 15 year career I've never had a dealership so on point with the paperwork needed to complete the new registration. I can't recommend these guys enough!

I bought a beautiful 2018 Mercedes Benz from Scott last week.He's a straight talking, hard working, man of his word.He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and did everything he said he was going to do including helping me ship the car to DC.When I received the car I was delighted to see that he had it fully serviced, filled it with gas and bought an extra key for me.I will definitely buy from him again and would recommend anyone to buy a pre-owned vehicle from him with confidence.

The owner is a bully ! I ordered $10 in gas on my debit card and they charged me $40. When I went back to fix it I had to take the Chelsea Police with me. They claim I signed the slip so they have no intention of refunding me. They claimed to the Police that their numbers checked out. LIE. I have 1/4 of a tank with the ten dollars. I saw 10 on the pump but neglected to look at my slip till I left. My car doesn't even hold $40. Next step, better business bureau.
