It's already difficult to buy something and we still have to deal with the embarrassment of people putting items in their carts and then approaching us and asking us to pay for them.

The store needs better network service for the customers. Also, the employees need to be more helpful in English as well. When I asked and employed something, they said that they didn't understand and spanish.

This large supermarket located in Chelsea, Boston, offers a wide variety of products, ranging from fresh fruits and vegetables, bread, meat, seafood, biscuits, cheese and daily necessities. The vegetables are fresh and delicious, and the lobster is cheap. I went to buy it yesterday and got freshly baked French bread, which was very good. The beef is cheap and fresh, and there are many kinds of cheese. There is also a seating area for inside. The prices of the products are cost-effective, and there is a train station and a bus stop next to it, so transportation is convenient.

I just want to thank, the Chelsea, ma store. Bob the manager, Antonio and the rest of the freezer dept for all there help. I have been shopping at the this location for a little over 40 years. Another person who is always nice to see liliana supervisor?? Thank you so much chelsea store
