“The couple who own this laundromat are so nice and caring! There were a few times when I had to wash some large blankets and they held open the washer door for me with me asking. When they saw me struggling to take clothes out of the lower dryer, they got me a basket. The dryers are also huge which works out perfect when I do a large load of clothing. I definitely recommend them!”

“I have a sweater with a unique style and color I bought in Ireland. Another cleaning business cleaned the sweater. It shrunk a whole size. I tried to block the sweater myself. That did not work. Sunray was able to block the sweater and move buttons so it fit again. I highly recommend Sunray Cleaners. They do an excellent job with specialty items and regular dry cleaning. Their staff are very helpful and professional.”

“I am really grateful for Ashmont. My cleaners for almost a decade recently closed and I was looking for a new place to patronize. I decided to try Ashmont Cleaners because they open at 7 and are down the street from my gym. I have used them three times in the last few weeks, getting suits, dress shirts and an overcoat cleaned and have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of cleaning, the reasonable pricing and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I would definitely recommend.”

“I'm here right now Valentines Day and of course I spilled coffee on my comforter both of them so Thank you Neptune. I haven't been here in about 13 years so of course the machines are 21st century and it's 950 pm . The only good thing about this whole fiasco is the gentleman who is working here I wasn't sure if I needed a laundry card I only had 11.00$ on me my wash was 20.49 but he obviously could tell I was just a little overwhelmed. I gave him my bank card he bought the laundry card plus he put enough money on it so I had NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT . I don't want to seem to forward and ask his name but if anyone at Neptune reads this know that you really have an employee that loves helping people . PS HE ALSO HASNT STOPPED CLEANING ALL THE MACHINES AND SWEEPING WHILE IVE BEEN HERE PLACE IS SPOTLESS”

“Haven't used their services but feel a review is necessary as this has been such a convenient UPS Access Point. The manager is always so friendly, whereas a lot of other access point locations are rude, limit the size of items you can drop off, etc. It's SO nice to have this option right in Southie (I use RTR every month, so always am returning packages). Thanks for being so convenient and nice!”

“I don't typically go to laundromats but recently had my washing machine take a dump all over my basement. After visiting Oxford Street Laundry, I may consider not getting it fixed. The place is clean, welcoming. And I had a good night relaxing while my clothes churned in the brand new machines here. 10/10 will wash pants here again soon.”

“I needed to have a bridesmaids dress hemmed and chose to give this place a try thanks to the great Yelp reviews. I had a seamless (pun intended) experience and would definitely come back! It was a pretty simple hem, but the tailor gave me some great advice on exactly how long it should be in the front and back and the final product was the perfect length. When I dropped it off, he warned me that it's their busy season but ensured he could get it done in the three week deadline I provided. In the end, it only took a week which was a nice surprise! The cost was $70 which was fair in my experience around Boston. Heads up that parking near the shop is a bit tricky without a Cambridge parking permit, but there are a few metered spots nearby if you get lucky. It's totally worth it in the end though, so like I said, I would totally come back again the next time I need some alterations.”

“Love this place! Great price! I go here on a weekly basis and it is done beautifully by the next day! Very nice polite and esp. hard working staff.Update: So when I started going here it was $0.79 a lb now its about its about $1.20 a lb and I just picked up my daughter's clothes which ticket bill was originally $19.20 and $2.58 got added on when I went to pick it up so it went up to $21.78 thankfully I had the extra couple dollars and I still tipped as well. Not sure sure if that's now including tipping prices...I had been out of town granted and always had a good relationship with them. So changes happen I just should have asked in person...UPDATE: Kid's clothing has a $3.50 fee”

“Another happy customer. Amazing, friendly service. I took several things in for cleaning and he happily, patiently answered all my questions about the different types of cleaning, how the softness wouldn't be affected, etc. On top of that he found ripped seams in multiple pieces and asked if I'd like them fixed, and they were well mended. Later I brought a pair of pants with a bad zipper that I was about to donate, but he was able to do a new zipper no problem!Note that they do alternations but don't pin you - you'd need to provide the measurements you want.tl;dr: this is the only cleaner I'll go to from now on.”

“Tremont cleaners gave me a brand new coat! I received this coat from a family member in rough condition, and Benny was able to bring it new life. I didn’t even know it was this color beforehand and she was able to make it look brand new!! This establishment cleans your clothes with a thoroughness that is hard to come by. “August: Pretty good job with the wash/dry/fold except they lost a sock. I know we had only pairs of socks in the bag, as double checked them all before taking the bag of laundry there, and the socks were brand new! One pair came back w/only one sock. I called about 30 min. after pick up, they couldn't find the sock. Shouldn't be too tough to keep track of everything, it wasn't that big of a load, less than 10 lbs, and they have a 10 lb minimum. How does one sock get lost in a single load of laundry...? September: Guess what? I found the sock, it was inside of a pair of jeans, so my apologies!! They did a great job, well, except for shaking out everything to make sure the sock wasn't there somewhere. All-in-all I give them 5 Stars!”
