Horrible, the sign says that their open from 6am to 9:30pm being the last wash at 8:00pmI went there 7:45 and the lady in charge didn't want me to walk in after I explained to her that she had to respect the sign, at 9:00 she went to bother me again that she needed the half and hour to clean and that I had to leave.... why.... Why???????

The employee that work for the company always take over all the dryers and washers. I have to wait for atleast 20 to 30 minutes for a dryer. Because the employees working there took all the dryers for their own business. This is not fair. Other people using the laundry should be able to dry their wash clothes after washing it. Management should look into it.

So my family used this laundry mat in the past no issues. For the past year at this laundry mat they have drug addicts/alcoholics coming in using the bathroom. No one says anything to them. There is no real manager. The cameras all around are fake. Besides that, I accidentally left a load of sweaters in the dryer, came back the next day and apparently no one knew what i was talking about and played stupid. Apparently the woman i talked to told me to call someone named L******* because they didn’t know where they put clothes that was left behind!!! How do you not educate your employees on lost items?? Shouldn’t that be a common knowledge thing?? Didn’t even bother to call no one speaks English there Anyways. So I caught one of the woman who worked at the laundry mat son walking around the neighborhood with my custom sweater on and spoke with him. His mother took home my whole load of sweaters the following day. Described every article of clothing and was confirmed all my clothing was at their household. This kid even offered them back because he even felt this situation was wrong!! At this point i told him to keep the clothing, What’s done is done. See it’s one thing to say you didn’t know what i was talking about and lie. They could of said they donated the clothes or threw it out on some policy BS. Not to mention they have their own kids working out this laundry mat. I’ve already reported this establishment to the BBB and gov. Officials. Good luck to all who visit this laundry mat, make sure you remember your clothes or the employees who work there will steal it. There’s an actually better one right up broadway. 2017 and we are still stealing clothes LOL. Pathetic. This place doesn’t even deserve the 1 star i needed to even generate this comment!
