Waste of my time.They have no phone number, and their web site doesn't work.I went through all of the inputs for my License, Plate #, VIN, Insurance policy number, and a bunch of other details that they wanted, and they say "Can't verify with your insurance company, Geico".My insurance is fine, never missed a payment, so now you have to start with their online "chat" with someone who doesn't speak English.I have wasted 45 minute on this now. They finally tell me "they don't work automatically with GEICO". Really??I broke a windshield 15 or 20 years ago, and it was much easier than this.Oh, and they claim to have "mobile" fixes, where they come to you, but they literally have no appointments available at all, and that's for at least 2 weeks into the future.

Quick, responsive and qualified.. what else do.you say about a service like this? My car is new, surprisingly the glass was in stock same day, technology glass, since my vehicle.os equipped with sensors and cameras for lane assist etc. Glass was installed in 50 minutes, car was returned in better condition considering clean glass and window stickers were all reapplied without a tear. Courteous professional and clean... even caught up on my Dr Phil in the waiting area.. Fyi this location is prime considering there is Floramos restaurant across the street, grab some tips, a beer and play some keno and time will FLY!

I would recommend them. The insurance company wanted to send me to a different glass shop, however I said I wanted "Phillips" because of their location. Location is easy to get to, not far from the Route 1 ramp either north or south. Close to Market Basket and Stop and Shop, getting in my shopping after, saved a trip, this was a plus. Phillips has a parking lot which is convenient with plenty of spaces if you are coming into the shop. They have coffee and tea in the waiting room. Magazines were a little dated but adequate. I called and made an appointment and that is when they order the windshield glass for the replacement. The customer service person at the desk was pleasant and arranged for this appointment. She apologized for the mix-up on the appointment the previous day which came from a different office. The windshield was going to be replaced at my residence but the worker did not show. Be clear on your at home installation, and write down who you spoke with for the initial appointment. The shop worker was careful to take my inspection sticker, parking sticker and oil change sticker off and put them exactly in place on the new windshield. The glass was installed in less than one hour. It is now 2 months, and I have had no problems, leaks, etc. with the new windshield. I appreciated the customer service person at Chelsea fitting me in as well as the glass shop worker. I understand "stuff happens". If not for this, I would give Phillips a higher rating based on my shop visit the next day. My insurance covered the glass so I do not know what was charged.
